I work outside the home and don’t have a lot of time to watch videos anymore. When I get a chance I come back to YT and honestly only watch about 2-3 of the channels I used to love. Kimmy every time I come back to your videos I get a sense of homecoming. Your channel feels like home to me and I honestly feel like I am catching up with a girlfriend. Thank you for being a friend to this busy working mama and for keeping your channel true to you and to all of us who love you!
It’s only me and my husband here at home BUT I love making freezer meals because we have random grandkids and children and out of state friends drop in sooooo always nice to have something to grab and cook.

Hi Kimmy. To be honest I don't understand the purpose of the freezer meals where stuff is just dumped into one ziploc bag out of a can or packet without a single component actually needing prep time (perfectly reasonable with the Mac and Cheese).. but why don't you just dump those 3 or 4 ingredients in the Crockpot once you are actually cooking it? Would take the same time and effort but much less ziploc bags needed and therefore less plastic waste.. no hate, just wondering. Always love your videos though ♥️
Tanja Unger, I’m guessing because it’s all there in one place and you don’t have to worry about if you have everything you need or hunt down the ingredients in your pantry. Cuts down on time.
Do you have children? I have four, and sometimes having meal made a year help immensely because someone days your just so busy with appointments or schedule that just having something to pop in the oven or just dump into a crock pot is a time saver.
I don't know about other people's households, but I can see having everything in one bag making it easier for older kids to help. Plus I just like the organization of it. You KNOW you have everything you need, rather than searching your pantry and possibly not having some of the ingredients. It takes the mental load out of the picture for future meals.
I subscribed yesterday & have been binge watching your videos. I absolutely love freezer meals & love the ideas you share.

Im OBSESSED with your freezer meals. Im a single adult and i find myself eating out a lot. But with your recipes I'm able to meal prep meals that work for one person!!
But I work 2 jobs so waiting on a crockpot is too much time. Instant pot recipes would be so wonderful!! 🤗🤗

This weekend I made 5 - 8"x 8" pans of your Sweet and Sour Chicken for the freezer. My mom loves it but it can be time consuming so I always make several at a time and freeze it.

I buy in bulk those disposable baking pans so that I don’t have to use up my glass dishes when they’re in the freezer.

Just a gluten free tip on the macaroni and cheese. I use multigrain macaroni, and allow it to cool naturally, no rinsing. Use gluten-free all purpose flour to thicken, and put a bag of pork rinds in the food processor for the bread crumbs.

I love these freezer meal ideas. THANK YOU for sharing them! Yes, I'm a husband and dad who cooks most of the meals for our family. (My wife hates cooking.) I do have a question. I'm wondering why you don't add and then combine all the "sauce" ingredients in the ZIploc baggies before adding the meat. It seems to me that the sauce ingredients would be more thoroughly "squished together" if mixed first. Again, THANK YOU for sharing your recipes and ideas for freezer meals!!!

I’ve noticed that nearly all your recipes are for a family, which is great, but what if not everyone is hungry at the same time?
Do you cook individual portions at all?
Our family cooks the whole thing at once and then whenever anyone is hungry after that they can heat the leftlovers in the microwave.

On the French Onion Chicken, how cranberry-ish does it taste? My son doesn't like cranberry but I'm hoping to slip one by him. Lol! Oh, and have you ever made it with the whole berry, canned cranberry sauce. Just wondering, cause that's the kind I love or even from scratch 🤤 Yum! Thanks for sharing and all your hard work getting these recipes with video together. Can't wait for the desserts video. I'm really hoping the snacks one is more appetizers than regular snackie stuff.

Find your Zen Kimmy, Do not allow a few negative comments to live in your head. They are not paying rent, so kick them out and move on. It helps if you forgive them and then let them go. That way you have closure. Peace baby. Keep on keepin' on.

I cook bacon, use a little of the grease to make the sauce, then I add cooked bacon to the macaroni dish... it freezes well.. and the bacon... it is too good
