- Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you some of the breakfast freezer meals that I put together for when I am postpartum! Once this baby arrives I still want my family and me to be eating semi-healthy meals, and not digging into cereal every morning! That's how I cook too. I don't measure and I get "inspired by recipes that I link below my videos. Currently uploading a video I made souffle on and it was fabulous and I followed the most instructions LOL but even then had to add more stuff :P

"Why do I keep doubling recipes" Lols this week my local f&v shop had bananas for 29c a kilo (!!!!!!!) so of course I bought 3 kilos, but this horrible heat in Australia this week has had them ripening a bit faster than we can eat 'em, so I decided, with 9 large ripe bananas about to turn to mush, to do a TRIPLE batch of my banana cake recipe today, to make most of it into banana muffins to freeze. Got all the way through beating my marg, sugar, spices, eggs and bananas into my biggest bowl, before realising I still had to get most of a kilo of flour and several cups of buttermilk into the bowl. That was some very careful mixing, and it was full to the BRIM. I, too, never think that far ahead.
Muffins were delicious, though, and I got four dozen and a decent size cake, so... worth it. Hahahaha.

It’s so real life!! Most cooks don’t use recipes they just know or wing it and it almost always comes out great. I always use milk instead of water, it tastes better 👍

You are such a joy to watch. I think you could have your own cooking show! I am a mother of 5 grown children. All born in the 90's when youtube and meal prepping wasn't a thing. Now my oldest girls are all having babies and I want to do this meal prepping for them to have a freezer full of food after the baby. Thanks so much for all you do and I will continue to watch!

Although I'm not sure what's worse...cleaning the box grater or food processor. Pre shredded cheese all the way! 16oz of cheese a month probably won't hurt you with the cellouse (sp).

I teach food science for chefs, and I am always stressing the importance of measuring everything by weight and to perfection.... but to be honest, I cook like you do, I just dump stuff in until it sounds just about right.

PLEASSEE update on how all these meals turned out after being frozen thawed and eaten! On Instagram or youtube! That would be the most helpful. I just made freezer quiche as well but the recipe I followed said not to bake it before hand, just take it from the freezer straight to preheated oven. Super curious to see which method tastes better or the same??? And curious about all your dinner meals as well, we have found that there are some hit or miss meals in general. Some taste like dried up freezer, while others are amazing.
Eggs dont freeze well. Theyre like eating a sponge. Yuck. Maybe the unbaked egg dish would be ok.

Most food processors have other blade options that sit on top of that grey thing where your blade is now and then you feed the peppers through that shoot and that’s what would probably work better.
As someone who loves to cook, watching this gave me so much anxiety about things not turning out properly hahahaha but also was very entertained the whole time!

My fav hack...celery, onion and garlic...20 sec in food processor....bag, freeze...dream come true!!! Ready to throw in any dish needing this miracle combo!

Hey, no judgement with the onions, because I too have a thing for onions. When I grew up my Dad use to eat peanut butter and onion, well needles to say I loved them also. Imagine taking that sandwich to school lunch...lol. Do me a favor, try it.....I promise it is so good! Let me know if you like it.
