I don't think you can math intelligence in that way unfortunately, there are too many variables. Most people fall within a 10% deviation of "avg." but that's based on IQ tests, and i know loads of conspiracy loons with a high IQ. I did actually google the swimming pool thing during week one of Paris, and the vast majority of answers were different to the one on the show.
They were saying that actually the speed of the pool was largely dependant on whether or not there were drains on the side of the pool.

As far as I’m concerned this stemmed from Brexit initially. Prior to the vote the promotional material from Farage and the Conservatives regarded taking our borders back and stopping immigration.
