Great harvest. I got 12 asiatic lilies bulbs 3 years ago. They bloomed 2 years. Last year only one bloomed. Today I removed the soil to check the bulbs, I only found one and a couple of tiny bulbs. After the plants died I stopped watering the pot. I don't understand what happened. I planted others on the ground and I removed one to check and I found the mother bulb and 4 little ones. It seems the I was luckier with the ones in the ground.

Why do you need to divide the big bulbs?
Maybe they dont want to have a large density in one small area, idk
