    Thank you! As a first time mom, I was so confused between Avent and Dr Browns. This video helped me a lot to determine what we need. Plus considering several little parts in Dr Browns bottle. Avent won this! ❤

    I love Avent bottles, I used mainly the natural bottles for my daughter but also the anti-colic because I got some of them to try when I was pregnant & she took to both so well! I’m surprised people are saying that the natural bottles leak because I’ve never had that issue & I didn’t even know they had to be put in a certain way🤷‍♀️we’re on to the sippy cups now but when I have another baby, I’ll be using Avent again🍼

      @@AMINISHAK i believe you can interchange; I’m sure I read it somewhere on the Phillips Avent website or on the box for my natural bottle gift set

      Ok I will be the first to admit as a first time parent I was putting the nipple in wrong; I literally just figured out that I wasn’t putting it in where the nipple was in line with the outside of bottle; we were having issues with leaks and I think that was why. User error not product issue. I think if I looked at the pictures of the product closer I would have figured out sooner. Oops, hopefully no more problems!

    With my son I used dr.browns and it was amazing he barely spit up or had gas. Now that I’m having my 2nd soon I’m dreading washing and sterilizing allll those parts it takes up so much time especially healing from c-section. This time around we definitely going with the anti colic avent. Great video!

    My bottle with the vent is leaking, sooo much and idk what I’m doing wrong. I’ve tried adjusting the nipple, but it didn’t work.

    • @kikivonmolsa
      @kikivonmolsa 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you have the bottle with the green vent - it is possible, that during sterilization it got bent and doesn't fit anymore, thus leakage.

    I have the natural bottles but my one week old is not able to get any milk out of the nipple. It doesn't appear to be an issue with the nipple collapsing, and she normally doesn't have any issue with sucking strength. I'm at a loss

      I know this is very old comment and probably doesnt even matter anymore but for anyone else wondering, you actually can! I am doing it right now and have been for weeks and I've run into absolutely no issues with leaking or anything. I just make sure the vent is fully seated in and screw the cap on and it's good to go! I doubt your supposed to but for me it's working out great!

      I haven't used them yet but I have both bottles and I added the spoon looking part to my natural bottle and just screwed the top to the natural on on and it fits snug and seems fine so I don't see why you can't do this

    I'm confused. If your baby is a newborn and you just start out, you start with an airfree one or with the natural anti colic design?

    • @Babylist-Videos
      @Babylist-Videos  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Either one! It's up to you. So long as you have the right bottle size and nipple flow rate for a newborn (which both different bottle types have the option for), you're good to go. Let us know if you have more questions!

      Babylist According to this link, your bottle nipple doesn’t not have two valves to line up with. The nipple you showed only has one valve on the one side.... how come in the linked video she has two valve across from each other.

    • @Babylist-Videos
      @Babylist-Videos  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Babylist Scout Julie didn't notice a leakage issue! So long as the parts are all aligned correctly, you should be good to go. That said, Julie mentioned the anti-colic parts took some getting used to, but once she got the hang of it and aligned the pieces correctly, no leaks! 🙌
