Moving to Loganville, Georgia? What is it like Living in Loganville, GA? I Loganville REALTOR®

  • So what is Loganville, Georgia like? Is it really rural and you have to drive to your neighbor's house? Is the nearest Walmart in the next city?
    In this video, we're going to talk about that and I'm going to show you around a bit.
    I really did this video because I work with a lot of individuals and families that relocate to Georgia from other states. In particular, people moving from Florida to Georgia and New York to Georgia, which I, myself am very familiar with.
    Relocating is a big deal and I wanted to give those considering moving to Loganville my opinion and some footage. Reading the population count of Loganville and doing online research is one thing, but if someone is apprehensive about moving because they think it may be too far out or too country for them, this video will hopefully give you some insight and PERSPECTIVE.

    My parents immigrated from Mexico to Loganville, I grew up in a time when Loganville was empty and just roads and trees. Its changed now, I’m a Mexican who grew up country, even my name is American, but I love loganville with all my life, life is good in a town like Loganville.

    Hello! New subscriber, seriously considering moving to Loganville. My husband and I have two boys, 18 and 7. We have found some areas that we really love and don’t mind a bit of a rural feel, however I wanted to know about activities for children and the community feel in general. We are an African-American family so a safe, happy, friendly environment is important to us 😌❤️. Thank you!

      @@SOLDbyNat Question, who are some good Custom home builders in the Loganville / Gwinnett area?

  • @rebeccaaguilar9695
    @rebeccaaguilar9695 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    My husband and I are from Southern California. We were born here and have lived here majority of our lives. Unfortunately, life in So Cal has gotten way too hard and expensive. We went from being good, to literally counting our pennies and living paycheck to paycheck. House, gas, food, everything has skyrocketed on prices. We now have a son, and we need to find a better quality of life. My husband got a great job offer in Loganville and we are seriously considering it. Right now, the area we live in, here in So Cal is a small town in the mountains about 20mins away from the beach. A lot of farmlands, wild animals, and a lot of nature, which we love. I've been researching Loganville. I don't mind the nature or the small-town feel. We prefer that and not having neighbors so close that you can hear their toilet flushing. My main concern is I have heard the summers in GA are bad. Muggy and filled with bugs. Out here our summers are dry. (Hence our fire season every summer) And if we feel the need to go to the big city, it is only 30mins away. I would like some advice from the residents in Loganville on life there. We just want a better quality of life for our son. We actually love the outdoors, camping, hiking, and would love a home with some space. Although I think I'm gonna miss my beaches. Thanks everyone.

    • @SOLDbyNat
      @SOLDbyNat  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Rebecca. Based on what you described you're looking for I think Loganville would be a good fit. For beaches, Florida is a few hours away. Some go to Savannah. Then you have man-made beaches. Regarding the summer, I was coming from FL so I didn't notice the heat and bugs in Georgia being a bother. I suggest your family come for a visit.

    Gwinnett is Great! At least that's what the old water towers used to say. BUt seriously, love living here. Great school system, very diverse, close and far enough from Atlanta, nice scenery. Aside from the traffic, I love it.

    What people should know is there is a difference between Loganville Gwinnett and Loganville Walton. When buying a home how close do you want your neighbor house to yours? 10 feet away? 20 at the most? Do you want your home on .25 acres? If so Gwinnett side might be for you. However in general if you drive just 2 to 3 miles up the road you see homes further apart from each other. Longer driveways. I like to say it this way, if your house catch fire it does not mean mine have to burn too.

    🤣🤭 I AM from NY state and Walton county Loganville GA IS country,BUT Loganville is nice but lacks transportation for those of us who are unable to drive due to illness. It needs more sidewalks for sure here in the Walton side of Loganville. On a 1-10 scale I give Loganville GA is a 7 out or 10. This is my first week living here. If transportation becomes a thing here, and they put sidewalks in,then I'll rate a full 10! The people are nice here as well. I'm looking forward to enjoy Loganville GA.thank you for this video!👋🥰
