Rental Qualifications:
· Minimum 550 credit score from Experian Vantage.
· At least 3x the rental rate in monthly gross income. This is income before taxes.
· No negative rental history.
· Must pass a criminal background check.
· No open bankruptcies.

That Home is a box. I would like more estatics.A basement is a plus. That's rare for Ga home. They should finish the basement if it's a rental.

❓What are some reasons someone would need to rent instead of buying? Any others❓
1) Low credit score - under 580
2) Temporary move
3) Not decided on a location
4) Foreclosure or Short Sale - have to wait out the time frame to buy.
We live there because we are new to the state and want to take 12 months to decide where we want to buy.

I live in Alaska and plan to retire to Grayson in 2 years. Starting my search now. I currently live in a 6bed 6bath 4500sqft house in Anchorage. Market value up here is about 585000 to 630000. My mouth dropped when I saw what I can get in Grayson for that amount. I want to be in a diverse low crime middle class to upper middle class area.
Greetings! Thank you for watching and commenting. Your current house sounds nice and spacious! Yes, I moved to Georgia myself for that very reason. You get so much more house here! In Grayson, you could buy the type of house you have now for between $350k-$400k easily. Maybe less depending on the age and floor plan you're looking for (if you're ok with a finished basement). Gwinett County and Grayson are still big on our list. We are staying in Fayetteville during our trip but plan on driving to any Atlanta burbs location you recommend. Ga is ripping renters off. Home price to high. Loganville. Is suppose to be a cheaper area in Ga. Again .. Why pay$2000 this should be rent to Own Clearly. 🙋🏽💯

Why/why not. Everyone I've met from GA tells me to move to Alpharetta or Roswell for some reason. Ever been?
Hello. Thanks for watching! I've lived in Loganville since we relocated to GA from FL in 2007. I have sold in all the areas you've mentioned. Alpharetta & Roswell are popular areas as well. They are more pricey compared to Grayson & Lawrenceville. When people are deciding on areas, it's important to take commute times into consideration.
