Connie, I saw the opening to your video and told my husband, “Doesn’t Connie look extra pretty today? And look, her top looks like DSP!” Then I settled down to enjoy your tips. I love your videos. Thanks Connie!
I enjoy all your tutorials...but I love the idea of the packing tape to add shine to your card and also the foil...love the embossed look of the aluminum foil...I need to try this...thank you for all you do...love the perfection!
I'm pretty new to card making, but I'm having a lot of fun with it. I have watched several of your videos and I just wanted to thank you for them. You present things in a very good way that's fun, to the point, and easy to understand. I have to watch what I spend, so I also appreciate you showing ways to save money.
I think this was my favorite hacked episode yet. I always learn so many new things and just about the time you think you know them all ...some one comes up with some new ones or in this case even some old ones. I love it and thanks for sharing.
Oh Connie, I love EVERY SINGLE ONE of these hacks and learned 10 NEW Techniques!!!! I enjoy all of your videos!!! You make me so happy to be a Stamper with your beautiful face and bubbly demeanor!!! God Bless You!!! Many hugs, Karen ❌🌸❌💜❌
I have an older Stampin Up tool that roughs up edges. It’s on a key chain. LOL Your video reminded me of that tool! Thank you so much for sharing all the great ideas.
Connie, You are the hardest working women in crafting!!! Wow, 10 Tips in one video!! Great ideas that I have not seen before. Thank you for all you do. Blessings from Sue in Southern Delaware
Some I was familiar with, but some I’d never seen. But though I was familiar with some it was nice to have a reminder of them, because I put them in the back of my mind.
Hi Connie, here I am in England shouting “It’s all-u-min-ium, not all-oo-minum!!!! Hahaha, so funny how we say the same word differently across the pond.
Good tips, whether you're a new stamper or an experienced one. Some were new to me (nail file) and some were ones that I had forgotten about, like the packing tape.
Love all your ideas! I love watching Bob Ross, he had such a soft voice! Thank you for sharing, I’ve seen one or two of the ideas, but several times the ve not seen before. 👍❤️💛💜💙
HI Connie! I have been watching your videos for years and thought it was about time to thank you for all your fantastic and useful tips! So, thank you so very much. You have saved me so much time and over thiinking stuff! You rock!!
Love the foil and packing tape techniques. Wait the linen looks fun too, and the make your own dsp. Forget it, they’re all great, can’t choose. I’ll be trying all of them. Thanks for the printable tips!
I like the way you place the cards on the desk and pause for a moment so I can go back and take a screen clipping to print out with the download instructions. e.g. @10:20
Thanks for all the tips. I wanted to add to them. if I may. When you were roughing up the cardstock, it reminded me that we used to also separate it into two layers. (I'm not sure what advantage that would have except reducing bulk and weight.) Secondly, when applying glue all over for the tissue, I wondered if using the other end of the Tombo would be useful for spreading? I sometimes forget that broad tip is there. And, thirdly, when I get sticky with Tombo, I find hand sanitizer very helpful to remove the stickiness, especially because I don't have running water nearby.
Love the aluminum foil hack and making background paper with stamps. So easy, but what a difference it makes on the card! Thank you so much for the download. I use every one!
You are a breath of fresh air. Articulated and no wasted words. Thank you for your video

Aluminum foil -- cutting it also sharpens your blade! Either scissors or trimmer blade.

Thanks for all the tips. I wanted to add to them. if I may. When you were roughing up the cardstock, it reminded me that we used to also separate it into two layers. (I'm not sure what advantage that would have except reducing bulk and weight.)
Secondly, when applying glue all over for the tissue, I wondered if using the other end of the Tombo would be useful for spreading? I sometimes forget that broad tip is there. And, thirdly, when I get sticky with Tombo, I find hand sanitizer very helpful to remove the stickiness, especially because I don't have running water nearby.
Thanks for the tip about the hand sanitizer! I hate sticky fingers and often avoid using glue! I use a lot of tape in my ATG!
Lynn, I think with the multi-purpose glue we tend to find the method that works best for each of us. And yes, hand sanitizer is a great tip.
I have switched from Tombo to Aleene's Turbo Tacky Glue. It works better for me and doesn't leave the sticky removable glue areas.
Can i give you two thumbs up?! Great tips!! Thank you!
Teresa, you just made my day!
Love the aluminum foil hack and making background paper with stamps. So easy, but what a difference it makes on the card! Thank you so much for the download. I use every one!
