I don’t have the level of nostalgia towards Pokémon Blue that you have Joe - my first Pokémon game I’m planning to get is Scarlet to play with my friend, who I’ll have to show this to cause she’s a huge Pokémon fan playing on the GBA ones I think! - but hearing about the start of your love of gaming makes me so happy, especially how much passion you were able to recount! Journey is a beautiful game. I need to rewatch that series - I think I watched it several years ago! Also loved seeing Katamari, that’s a fantastic weird game too. And I still love Tetris Effect Oli suggested to me as a great game to relax to after work! I like the stylization and music it has but I totally get why a more competitive one would be higher. Can’t wait for the top 10!

@@thebonuspoints I remember now it was a top five, it included Minecraft, Pokemon Blue, amplitude ,Journey and one other thing I couldn't remember (it was probably halo), you said it in one of the MAC podcasts so you could try to find it but that feels impossible
@@PretzilBoysuper late to the party haha, but I have it here in order (you were right the first time, there were 10!): Minecraft, halo 3, journey, half life 2, amplitude, mgs2, pokemon blue, Cod4, dishonored, bioshock infinite Kind of funny how some of these have stuck around and others have not aged quite as gracefully lol
Great podcast guys. Joe, I went back & watched your Journey letsplay. I enjoyed the peaceful world & the sudden feeling of dread upon entering the caves. I also loved watching you jump out of your skin when the stone dragon emerged from the sand. :)

If you're into immersive sims I recommend checking out Gloomwood. A good slow paced tactical shooter is Ready or Not, my favourite game by far. Should check it out!
In the VR world like the most hyped game seires is boneworks and now bone labs for their compleatly systems based working. I don't have VR but I feel now it may be an opertunity to enoridge devs to move on from pure grathics, Half life alyx is relitively much more tame I think but still was famouse for being system heavy.
