Great class! Very informative and helpful. I've tried to find the reedsy blog post where you mentioned more letters might be posted with Fran's critiques on them? Where would I find that on the website?
Interesting video about what goes on in an editor’s mind, but I need a better idea of what I *should* include before learning what I shouldn’t include!
Thanks for this informative video. Question: If a writer has sent queries to more than one agent at the same time, should that information be mentioned in the query letter?
Different sites state that between 500,000 and 1 million new books are published each year, not including self-published ones. Yet, getting past all the obstacles and through the publishing houses' doors seems a Herculean task. Isn't there a mismatch in facts here? Care to elucidate?
Additional queries with mark ups from Fran will be posted to our blog in just a few days: blog.reedsy.com/live/query-critique-lebowitz/

Fran said to include: a quick pitch, a short synopsis, info about you, and comp titles.
What if you're writing a memior, and don't have any other books in the works? Would self-publishing be the better way to go?

This person seems unbusinesslike, and rather distorted personality-wise.
