Great info in your video. Started my first build this winter (1972 pickup) and can't wait for more videos of the c10 project. My first time on everything. Currently doing the frame and next will be the cab. Any info is GREATLY appreciated.

what i really enjoyed about this Video is the fact you trimmed the new rocker panel to make it fit,Not the trucks body panel. The reason i believe your method to be the proper method is because if you cut to much metal you can always get a new rocker panel and save the other for a different project,To much from the trucks body panel and you have made alot more work for yourself.

At first that looked like a clean set of rockers on that truck with little rust but after looking closer it looks like someone replaced them already a wile back. If not then that's a real clean cab.

Great videos. What was the purpose of marking the cab 8" up from the bottom of the rocker panel at the beginning?

Hey brother, awesome videos! Thanks! I do have a question. I have never done any type of metal work before, and I was wondering if you could explain in a little more detail what are the measurements for that you took before you cut the panel out? I have a 84 C10 that has rockers that got to go, and I dont have the $$ to pay someone else to do them. Thanks!

It always fascinates me to see this stuff come together, I like the high speed video too. I wonder what you use for video editing. I'm doing an MGB but it's all been shot with an old iphone so the sound and video isn't very good and I'm just learning how to use kdenlive to put it together...
