NOLORADO 2024 - Getting things started!

- I was trying to push out a video before I left for an 8 day trip to Colorado to meet up with Ian from @no-lodesigns , but between work, preparations for the trip, and just choosing to spend quality time with the Wife, I just wasn’t able to make it happen. In the next two videos, I’ll be bringing up an important topic (that I’ve talked about many other times), especially for those of us that choose to get out on adventures in AWD, monitoring your vehicle’s vital temperatures. For whatever reason, transmission and coolant temps can get dangerously high, and if you don’t have the means to monitor your temps, you might destroy your vehicle.
Well anyways, I’m just waking up on day 4 of our trip. So far we’ve done the Bill Moore lake trail (level 4+), Kingston peak (level 4), Loch Lommond (level 2). We actually camped right on the lake and it’s beautiful.
So in this little video, I feature my new camera, the Insta360 X4. It’s able to shoot in 8K 30 FPS and can export to a linear video clip in 2K.

Hey Jon!! Beautiful scenery! Love it. Wanted to ask you if you can do an update on the Passport and how she's holding up? I really enjoyed when you had gone to your buddy's shop for a tune up and a lift the last time.

Thanks for your feedback. Definitely looks weird, and it’s my first go at using this camera. But does help tell my stories when I’m the sole camera man, which is much of the time. The plan is to not over use it 😃

@@JonDZ_Adventuring i immediately recognized it. Did you continue going up transfer trail after camping. Its gets quite a bit more challenging. Currently to much for my vehicle. My maverick tremor is still stock, but it won't stay that way for long
