If it is a boy, I can imagine him being an inquisitive little boy following Sherlock everywhere asking all sorts of questions. The boy would eventually be a prodigy of Sherlock. Season 3 is my absolute favourite season, Sherlock is so human and emotional in this one. He cries, he smiles, he laughs (and most of the time it’s all because of John).

I was suspicious of Mary from the moment she explained the skip code and then there was the fact of how she was taking Sherlock's side more when John was freaking out that Sherlock was alive. I don't know, maybe i just know how Moffat thinks or something because in the first episode of the third series, the theory of how Sherlock survived the fall- the one he told Anderson, was my theory to pretty much every detail except Mycroft's involvement. There was also the fact that Magnesan was texting Mary, not Sherlock i thought long and hard about it and i had a feeling she had a past. When she turned around and Shot Sherlock, i wasn't really surprised.
