That's what I was thinking. 2 rounds total will give me enough to get some good experience this year. I've been looking around at crates for them. Trying to decide if I should build one or buy one. I also need a landing board and trap door soon.
I have had one hatched about 6 days ago and another one hatched 2 days ago with my helping hand and I’m expecting one on Thursday and another 6 eggs on Friday to be hatched My first five youngsters have already made it out flying around, while another two (less than two weeks old) are almost ready to move to the youngsters section

@@ThePigeonLoft me personally I prefer to let them with their parents as long as possible unless the youngsters start to leave their nest boxes then I'm forced to move them to the young bird section otherwise they will get bitten or possibly killed by adult birds as some of them can be extremely aggressive
I will keep that in mind. Fred, their dad, can get aggressive with the other cock. I'll be adding a divider to the current loft so the young birds have their own section.

I'm going to need to build a small aviary, landing board and trap door. Something tells me I'm going to end up with another loft. lol.
@@ThePigeonLoft I started small .and over the passed 4 yrs I build every year. Just build your self a trap . with a settling cage
