- BERRY CHIA JAM l Vegan, Easy & Refind Sugar Free l No Pectin l ASMR Cooking
▶ Ingredients:
345 g mixed berries
90 ml water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple sryup
Add the berries and water into a pot and cook on medium heat until it turns into a puree. Add cinnamon, chia seeds and maple sryup and mix to combine. Keep cooking for 10-15 minutes. Let cool in the pot for 15 minutes, then pour into a jar or an airtight container.
