Base
90g biscuits
30ml milk
Raspberry Jelly (1)
5 g gelatin + 10 ml water
130g raspberry jam
Mango cream cheese filling
330g cream cheese
35g powdered sugar
100 g sour cream
240 ml heavy cream
150 g mango jam
lime juice / or lemon juice
5 g gelatin + 10 ml water
Raspberry Jelly (2)
70 g raspberry jam
2 g gelatin
Mango jelly
160 ml mango juice
take 4 tbsp from 160 ml mango juice + 10 g gelatin
mango slices
lime zest on top
