There are many talented, informative artists who make beautiful cards but you just capture my attention every time. You underestimate your talent and you just charm those lucky enough to tune in. I actually really like they grey background. I think the black is overwhelming to the rest of the mat. They grey keeps it light and sweet. Super cute card!
Those are the most beautiful colors on a Halloween card I have ever seen. And they would be beautiful for any card. Those sequins against that backdrop were especially stunning. I would have gone with the black card base, but I support your decision to go grey. That worked perfectly as well.
That is absolutely adorable. If I was making the card, I would have heard you say to use the black background because it pulled in the black sentiment (and possibly a black cauldron outline), but they are both great! I can see why it was hard for you to decide. That stencil is the cutest!
Halloween cards are super fun. Inking the edges of the panel withe the darker grey color would have given a little distinction between the panel and card base. Love the idea Cathy ❤️

I would choose the Gray. it matches and pulls in the ghosts. Adorable. I’m making a valentine shaker because its mid January right now but im feeling the urge to make a Halloween card 😂

Great card, seems like you could easily modify the cauldron to make a card that had a kool aid theme. That shape reminds me of the Kool aid mascot.
