*was cramping heavily this morning (cycle) and didn’t feel like working out but knew i would feel so much better afterward and i most definitely do! the first song motivated me right off the bat for the warm up. 406 active calories burned and 502 total calories burned! also loved the catwalk move!*

Wow instant subscribe! Your cueing is spot on! I usually second guess when an instructor says "right" vs "left" but you are on top of that. And the way you time your moves to intense parts of songs is excellent. You rekindled my love of Piyo. From another Michele but with One L :)
I LOVE Piyo but get tired of doing the same beach body workouts over and over. Loved this flow. Great workout and didn't feel like a 'workout'. Very fun. Will definitely be checking out more of your classes!

Finished off my Saturday with this. Perfect! I know you always say to work smarter rather than longer, but my body seems to need at least 11/2 hours to 2 to feel complete. Hopefully I’m still getting the benefits. I think I am😜
