Hey Karim, there are many ways. You can think of quintuplets as a grid that has a built in swing/shuffle. If you lay down a Kick on the 1st quintuplet of each beat, you'll get the classic four on the floor House kick pattern. Then you can put your percussion and synths anywhere else on the grid and experiment until something sounds/feels good to you. Start with putting other sounds on the 3rd quintuplet of each beat, that one will sound the most natural, like a delayed 1/8th note. I'll put a house/techno quintuplet tutorial on the idea list for a future video. Hope that is helpful in the meantime.
