Greatest feeling in the world as a 10 year old nothing could top it, everyone in the crowd was family, just watching it still sends me goosebumps. Not to mention getting Desmond Howard's autograph before the game. Can definitely say it was the greatest day of my life. Go Blue!
friend of mine was at the game....pretty tough hombre....told me when he got back to the car after the celebration he busted out in tears....said the emotion in that stadium that was so intense he couldnt describe,,,after watching this vid i felt what he felt and i wasnt there... Go Blue!!!!
I would love to be one of this days at the big house to feel this great atmosphere live. I imagine it is something else to feel it live than to feel it by seing it on TV.
I was at both of those games. There was about 25,000 osu fans there that day. And the wisconsin game the entire upper section was empty by the 3rd quarter because we were down 24-0 at halftime and had no chance. People knew the rich rod era was over. We still showed up in the first place.
lol they didnt show it but we did mob the field tried to pull down the goal posts but there were police. this was probably the most exciting moment of my life.
To be honest I don't remember any famous sports reporters(ESPN, Fox Sports, etc.) even mention LSU as one of the best fan bases. I'm not going to say that they have a fair weather fans, but i know Michigan has one of the best. Do you know what UM fans do before every OSU game? If you did you would understand that UM fans are one of the best. What traditions does LSU do?
Wow! When i posted that i didn't expect such an uneducated response. LSU has three more bowl game wins then Michigan over the past 10 years. That's not the point, Michigan fans are one of the best. Someone who hasn't been to the big house not once can not say that unless he has.
yeah so what you have more its not even loud and you dont even do anything LSU has by far the best gameday experience in college sports and the best student section
I'm going to quit arguing and just tell you what big sports reporters say (Bleacher Report) LSU is ranked 8th. Michigan is ranked 1st. I would send you the link if I could.
"Barely anyone showing up for the games?" You're entitled to your own opinions buddy, but not your own facts... it's been decades since the Big House was anything but packed. Get on your knees and thank us for letting you keep Les Miles, therefore keeping your program relevant.
By the way, the last time the Big House didn't sell out was when just 95,857 fans showed up for a game against Indiana on Oct. 25, 1975. And that non sellout crowd WAYYYY back in 1975 was still 3000 people stronger than LSU capacity now of 92,542. Perhaps before you start talking shit, you should research the facts.
Lol 101tigerbait, stop raging. No body cares if Lsu has better 'college experience in football' btw, Lsu is 134 on the national college rankings. Come with some legitimate facts. LSUcks
If Michigan fans are fair weather, then why did we sell out every home game in 2008 and 2009, two of the worst years in program history (contrary to your made-up claim)? Why did we still lead the entire nation in home attendance? It's also funny how you say that half of our fans never went to school when you know damn well that LSU has the same situation with its fans. I'm guessing that you don't even go there: your grammar and intelligence suggest that you flunked out of elementary school.
it will be full it always is not like that scUM fan base that shows up only when they are winning. it says you guys have sold out games since 1979 but its only cause the opposing fan base has brought more to that shit stadium. Death valley has always been the best gameday experience with the loudest crowd. scUM is a horrible program that maintains 5-7 records consistently
Btw, someone please tell me that this awful "song" isn't going to be shoved down the fans of Michigan football as if it's something worthy and special, right?
Greatest feeling in the world as a 10 year old nothing could top it, everyone in the crowd was family, just watching it still sends me goosebumps. Not to mention getting Desmond Howard's autograph before the game. Can definitely say it was the greatest day of my life. Go Blue!

Why are you hating on Michigan. If it wasn't for Michigan Les Miles wouldn't be the great coach he is today.
If she was an OSU fan you should break up.
"Barely anyone showing up for the games?" You're entitled to your own opinions buddy, but not your own facts... it's been decades since the Big House was anything but packed. Get on your knees and thank us for letting you keep Les Miles, therefore keeping your program relevant.
Play nice, and we might let LSU score this year!
By the way, the last time the Big House didn't sell out was when just 95,857 fans showed up for a game against Indiana on Oct. 25, 1975. Lol 101tigerbait, stop raging. No body cares if Lsu has better 'college experience in football' btw, Lsu is 134 on the national college rankings. Come with some legitimate facts. LSUcks

Only at the Big Outhouse would they play such an utterly horrible song.
it will be full it always is not like that scUM fan base that shows up only when they are winning. it says you guys have sold out games since 1979 but its only cause the opposing fan base has brought more to that shit stadium.
