    Great review Andy, I guess this is something I am going to have to save up for, curses, even the sounds it was making while you racked it sounded quality. I like the chalk option, my friend and I have used reactive targets to have an extra indication of hits for years, having it built into the ammo will save a lot on targets. Thanks for your enthusiasm while shooting it, it was nice to see how happy it made you. Peace, love and unity from a fan in Cornwall.

    The rear sight looks like the original which can be tapped lightly and moved left or right in it's groove. I'm surprised to see that they have gone back to the smooth straight pistol grip like the first Glock 17's. I carried both a Glock 17 gen 3 and Glock 19's when I worked in Iraq. For those asking if you can fit a red dot - no you can't
    For those looking to buy this gun - be very careful, I bought it, and after using it for a month, the striker piston came out flying and broken in half. I gave it back to the gunshop and they had to send it back to Germany for fixing. Apparently my gun wasn't the only one with this issue, there's plenty of them floating on the market with a manufacturing defect. So when you buy and if you buy it, ask the gunshop seller whether he is aware of the manufacturing issue and whether your model can be confirmed to be from a good batch. Other than that, this is the best-feeling T4E gun you will ever own. Totally worth the money, if you ignore the manufacturing defect, which Umarex will hopefully fix soon.

    Having ummed and ahhed for ages, and already owning a T4E .50cal revolver, I bought the Glock. It really is very good!! I love it and having shot a lot of guns in my life (live fire, air and co2) I can see what all the hype was about with this model. It is a great platform for training as well as lots of fun and is extremely well made. Feels incredibly close to the real thing, and not something I would want to be down range of either! Compatible with many Glock based equipment too, so for those who like to build a collection of 'stuff' around a specific gun, there are many extras to add from genuine issue lanyards, holsters and sight systems. I was lucky to be given a genuine Glock case some years ago and although this comes in that very good quality hard case, mine does look nice in the official Glock garage!

I was concerned about using any all steel rounds, partly due to possible excessive wear on the barrel and mag. but also they would be potentially too heavy to be of much use to me over distance. They would drop a fair amount I should imagine. I have also not tried the rubber and steel mix balls. Not sure I can see the point really. Have fun and stay safe....and legal!

It would have been worth paying full price, because it's absolutely the best Glock replica I've ever owned, and it will fire just about any ammunition you can buy in .43 cal. Every Glock accessory I own will fit this gun, which makes it great for training at home, and training aside... It's just ridiculously fun to shoot. I’m training with Glock 45 6mil pistol as it’s blowback is great throw a heavier spring and it kicks like a mule with red gas and even better with co2. Hopefully the realize it’s time to improve or even design the internals in a more realistic way to improve the performance as much as they improve the receiver and slide. Very well made, but would like to see the slide go back further like the real thing. Just gives it that little bit more realism.

    The half blowback action kills it for me. Especially where the slide locks on last ammo. It doesn't look like a Glock then.

    Hi Andy - nice piece of kit and a great review. Don't think I will be getting one as Mrs D keeps asking "what's in that stack of black cases?" For some unknown reason, I seem to accumulate replica pistols. We will miss you at BSS, going Friday. Keep up the good work.

    I have the M&P 2.0 version and I would judge it to be equally well made but nearly half the price. A comparison would be good

      I have both and the m&p9 is much more powerful than the Glock that is powerful depending of the ammo you use but the M&P9 2.0 is Very cool and beautiful and more powerful but this gun glock is so beautiful replica is exactly like the original and cal.43 is super

    Nice and informative video. I still prefer the Gen 4 in terms of realism for me, mainly because of the magazine. Also, at 7:45 that sounded very wrong.

    I have the Walther PPQ M2 and my wife has the S&W M&P9 M2.0 both in .43 Cal and T4E Umarex replicas. Same excellent build and only £220 in the UK. I really think they are taking the Micky charging so much for the Glock name. Maybe an extra £20 but over a £150 more, that’s a rip-off and pure greedy, oh and they both come in genuine branded hard cases.

    • @lolzlolz69
      @lolzlolz69 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Which ever way you look at it this Glock is expensive. However when I bought my first edition back in November it was £374.99. The FE was always meant to be more expensive than the normal production run but it seems like (at least MCS) are now charging more (£379.96) for the normal production run. Edit: The normal production run was meant to be some £70 cheaper.

      Being made in Germany increases the cost significantly. I'd rather pay £400 for a Glock put together by hand than one made in a factory in Taiwan

    • @reevessairgunningreviews5572
      @reevessairgunningreviews5572 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@iSkateAlso Even Umarex top of the range pellet pistols don’t cost over £300 and they are all Made in Germany. For a paintball shooter this is way way overpriced.

    Two things. 1. If the keyboard W~~~ers have an issue with the branding, tell Umarex not you. 2. Cost, If you can afford it, treat yourself. If you can't, don't. Nice video again Andy. Keep up the god work

    Well Done Andy That glock is just a real fun thing to have? I watched Many of your Air gun videos however the Glock is far to expensive. I did buy the HDR 50 cal pepperball come paint ball Launcher and I was really pleased with the qualty of the Launcher. I was mugged in my own backyard with stoned out youth, thanksfully he pled guilty to assault to sever injusry being 74 I managed to fend of the attacker. I did however get a good mugging But having COPD and Chronic Asthma I had the fight of my life. Hence The pepper balls for home defence.
    And I do love the Air gun reviews too I never knew there so many new models out there, It is a real education watching your reviews Andy, Great stuf Auld Tom in Ayr Scotland.
