    We do dumbbell workouts exclusively because we have been living and traveling in our RV for the last 6 years fulltime mountain biking and kiteboarding. Workouts always come first, we can't live without them. Now at 68 and 66 after the last 6 years we are literally in the best shape of our lives. Retire early and make Fitness your number one hobby, you will never regret it, it's better than money.
    And you have some new exercises here for me to incorporate into my routines, excellent. Sumo deadlift, thrusters and Renegade Row & Press, yes!

    This is one of the best videos I've seen about dumbbell exercises. I learned some great information about how to execute the floor press, and I also learned some new exercises (sumo deadlift, unsupported row and dumbbell thruster). I'm saving this to my favorites!

    This a fantastic video. Very straight forward and encouraging. Just some dumbbells and constant effort is all one needs. I really liked he included all age groups and levels of fitness in this video. This guy is inspiring.

    Thank You for this routine. I'm 73 yrs. old and do Yoga & Qigong. How many sets of these exercises would you recommend. Would I still get good results just doing one set of each. Once again I Thank You for sharing this.

      Wow, that's Great Randy!! Absolutely, start with 1 set of each. Do that for a few weeks or 30 days. Then go to 2 sets each changing reps and weight along the way. 😆👍💪

    Coach Chris, love this video and think your videos are the best ones on criticalbench. Keep the good stuff coming. When you incorporate the goblet squat and deadlift into your routing is better to do one before the other? Been doing deadlifts before squats but didn't know if that really matters in the big picture.

      Well depends on the weight you’re using and your goals. If you’re looking to really push yourself hard with heavy weights and lower rep ranges I would just do one or the other (squat or deadlift) in a particular workout. But if you’re looking more for a full body workout then it doesn’t matter which one you do first with moderate loads in the 8 to 12 rep range. 😉💪🏻 Chris

    Great full body workout regime that can be done with minimal equipment and space. Builds muscle and offers a great cardio workout to boot if done in a giant or superset fashion. Thanks for the simple but highly effective routine, especially for an ex bodybuilder/power lifter whose joints can’t handle the heavy weights anymore.👍

    I do goblet, squats, and sumo squats with the landmine set up are use the landline set up for quite a bit of exercises

    As an experienced/moderately advanced lifter, I was expecting some generic bullshit that mainly focused on the upper body. This turned out the complete opposite. Somebody promote this guy!

    The only thing I may recommend is no stager stance if you have hernia issues because it puts a ton of pressure there feet together would be high recommendation for hernia prevention
