I was hoping you guys would offer some dumb bell exercises for doing home workout for the trying times we are in to have to be home so much w/ the pandemic and not being able to go to the gym.....THANK YOU SO MUCH....it was a blessing to wake up and see this one....love you guys!
Thanks, Chris... I always really appreciate your videos... dumbbells have been dusted off...day 13 of self-isolation here... probably another month on the horizon??? I think that I will stop the gym membership, and just work out at home. Again..thanks...:)
@@Criticalbench I been traing at home in garden with just a few set of dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. I include all the exercises you have shown..however I will try the y dumbbells press for shoulder as I do the press standing so thanks for that!! I gyms still shut here in uk in wales!!
Sure, we have upper and lower body split routines using DBs and bands on the channel already but I can certainly make more content like that in the future!! Thanks for watching. Chris
Amazing exercises man. I dont agree with the last exercise thing you said about legs. Its amazing for the shoulders but I still feel it in the quads and core. Also not sure how safe the dumbell deadlift is when the dumbells are infront of you imo. Back shouldnt bend that much. Made my lower back feel weird and I'm not new usually I deadlift around 465. I put the dumbells to the side as I felt it too much in my lower back with the infront variation.
Hey man I can appreciate what you're saying but if you're doing a traditional deadlift with a barbell you're going to be holding the weight in front of you no different than the dumbbell version demonstrated here so while you might prefer to hold weight at your sides with a trap bar or when using dumbbells that's not going to be the case with traditional barbell deadlifts. Thanks for watching. Chris
With the DB Deadlift: I notice you put the DBs in front of your feet and others put them beside their feet. Is there a difference in emphasis doing them either way, or is it the same? Thanks
Both methods are fine. I find that if the DBs are in front of the legs, it helps to keep the weight close to the body and allows for better body alignment. If the weights are held outside your footprint, with DBs it can feel awkward to position them like you're holding a barbell... it feels forced if you catch my drift. This way feels more natural in my opinion. Chris
@@Criticalbench Thanks! I tried both versions today and I think I like the DBs on the side better, since they don't interfere with the movement. I find them to be a little awkward in front.

Best dumbbell workout, practical and effective. For every body!
Thank you so much Paul!! Chris
Great routine. Do you think you guys can look into an upper lower spit using DB and/or bands?

WHat a great workout. Thank you so much.

@@Criticalbench Yeah but a normal conventional deadlift does not involve the back bending as much as you bend it when picking up those dumbells though

had to finish their shirts half right
Amen to that!
Nice workout, I’ll do it, but you better hurry with the workout for the you know who’s. 😉
Thanks for watching!
Top home workout 👩❤️🇮🇹
Thank you!!
I still have not got free video yet ?!
You mean the FREE REPORT to Download? It's now pinned above!!
Criticalbench I noticed that the mail had been sitting in the waste-box...sorry and thanks 🤙🏻
I'm confused as to why "for men" is in the title of this workout
You're totally right... this is for anyone!!!! Noted, will adjust
Just a typical trick to attract more of the specific audience. For example theres even a "protein for women" in supplement shops... simple marketing.
