    "Oh, flat of hand turn." I say no sir! It's all about the hand roll. Grab at ten or twelve o'clock, spin it clockwise until your contact at about six o'clock is just thumb and knuckle, Then quick flip to full grip keeping contact with that knuckle the whole time. Works both ways and for as many one handed circles are needed.
