    Great work on the cone drills it helps your ankles, heel, and the whole lower body and your balance is incredible and amazing you have really quick feet and speed overall in your 🦶🏻 kicking there Alex.🥋

    Cool, I might have to get back to this one. I've been dealing with a heel injury for so long, but now it's getting to the point I can doo footwork again. Man I remember that hopping with the leg chambered was tough for me!

    Excellent as always. Can you show some drills like this for smaller Dojangs? I only have 800 sq ft and 10-12 students per class

    What is up with you TH-cam? I found a video that I liked and wanted to save it and come back to it later. It's regarding 18 hoop footwork drills for martial arts. It won't let me save it through my TV. Tried to do it on my phone and it said it can't save it because its made for kids. On that I installed the kids version of TH-cam on my phone and tried it that way. Guess what, it won't find it. You people are nothing but.......!!
