Who is convincing Disney to put so much money into cartoon movies? Anything interesting is CGI aka a cartoon. Practical effects would look better and cost half as much. Either some CGI guru has been ripping off Disney for a long time or they are getting AI to do it and lie about how much they spent. Cartoons are not special effects.
You seem to have forgotten that Captain Marvel passed a Billion dollars worldwide and Ms. Marvel was rated higher than Loki season 1 and made Disney over a billion dollars with licensing. The third member of the film's team is Monica Rambeau, the first Captain Marvel after Mar Vell. She has been a comic book mainstay for decades and even led the Avengers for a time not to mention her recent close relationship with Blue Marvel. Add into the fact that the movie is aimed at a broader audience including younger viewers and I think your read of the situation is pretty bad. You may be against a female led movie of diverse characters but I think you might be in the minority there no matter how vocal you may be against a movie that isn't about white guys in spandex. I think it is funny that your assumptions are based on other films in the franchise and not on the actual performance of films and shows that featured the relevant characters. It is a testament to how you will try to shape the narrative to fit what you think should happen.
This movie is gonna bomb so hard.
Marvelheimer
219million budget x 2.5 = 547million worldwide gross break even point. They will probably spend at least 100million promoting.
The cost is just the budget. U need to putt minimum 150 m$ more to the budget!!

Worst thing is that this movie is probably pretty good. Pretty good for a woman audience I mean. That is what Marvel want.
