Take kama and parvati for example. i find it funny how some of the Servants with the Evil alignment are like the nicest people and are only called Evil due to what they did in their stories(kinda like innocent monster lol) like Kiyo is another case of a good person called evil, granted she did burn a man but the man also played with her.

Ereshkigal's probably considered "Chaotic Evil" for her position in Myth as the ruler of the underworld, or she was featured in a Myth where she was a bit of a bitch the protagonist, and was thus considered 'Evil' for opposing them. All-in-all, I'd classify her as Neutral Evil at worst, Chaotic Good at best.

Which is plenty for a 4 star unit so long as you dont spend any until then :)
Oscar Sandoval the 9 tickets are the 5 shop tickets included, so 4 a month plus 5 shop tickets, but with Solomon coming up we get an additional 7 tickets as story rewards, so 52 tickets if you are able to do Solomon upon its release, also there is the 30 sq for beating babylon before solomons release
