The decision has also left those who recently invested heavily in the industry, like Eric Koh of Team Cheval and Jason Ong, one of Kranji’s emerging young trainers, grappling with uncertainty and disappointment.

A lot of people lost and felt disappointed in other forms of investments too.

I understand where's she coming from, having six cats with her n not ready to leave now.
Animals are everything to some of us- they mean more than humans at time n people who never really had the honour or opportunity to truly nderstand how animals touches one's life, will never feel the loss of them.
I hope our govt will treat the animals affected in this saga with humanity and give them due help.

STC officials maintained a conspicuous silence amid these rumours, offering no comment or reassurances when approached, leaving stakeholders, trainers, and fans in a state of suspense.
This silence was abruptly broken on Monday (5 Jun), when STC’s assistant vice president, Zane Turner, summoned the trainers for an urgent meeting.
According to ARR, the trainers congregated with less than three hours’ notice in a space ironically named ‘Progress 1 & 3’ meeting rooms, where the club’s president and chief executive, Irene Lim, delivered the sobering news of the industry’s fate.

These rumours hinted at a government audit into public land use and left Kranji’s trainers, owners, and bloodstock agents feeling particularly unsettled, especially during events such as the Magic Millions National Yearling Sale.

Ask trainers and owners to go meet ANWAR IBRAHIM for a space near Singapore border. This will make malaysia boost up the economy. Race goers will definitely go there to play and Makan as well. I strongly Anwar Ibrahim will gavz ni objection. Fyi

Being a jockey is actually a horse abusing job. With painful metal bits in the mouth for control and being beaten to run for their lives, horses are the unseen victims in this line.

Don’t spread misinformation. Now all these horses have no job largely due to horrid comments like these. What will happen to these racehorses now? Their quality of life will drop significantly 😢

The Fact that Old Club still stands at Bkt Timah is Testament that PAP obviously made a Huge Mistake to Replicate this Monstrosity . PAP should consider hiring Sg’s Unsung Hero, Wilson Raj Perumal as Consultant … Never know , this then Talented Young Man , may still hv some Entertaining Bright Ideas for Local Gambling …😅
