I absolutely love my GX4 so far (450 rds thru it so far flawlessly). I don't really care for glock to be honest. I prefer S&W over glock 🤷🏾♂️ The lakeline pinky extension allows me to get a really solid grip on the gun. The recoil is not bad at all and having 11+1 in that small of a package is 👌🏾
What's crazy is with glock you have to pay $600 or so to get mos and accessory rail BUT Canik elite sc as well as the new mc9 come STOCK with most and rail with 15+1 capabilities for $200 less!
@abiblicalview584 awesome gun! The tp9sfx was my introduction to canik. Probably the gun that I shoot the best. The trigger is badass on that gun. I wanted a compact version of it so I went with the elite. Then they released the mete 9 which is even smaller but I have yet to see it in person.
I got one about a year ago and the GX4 was very small for me. I wanted to like it, but just would fly. I can shoot it, but my 43X MOS just feels better for me. It’s easier to conceal, but my 43X just works for me. I feel they are both great like you say and either one will work, just make sure you train with it.
I have raised sights, a Lakeline ported barrel, and recently switched from a Cyelee red dot to a Holosun 507k. Also, I have a 3D printed mag extension that adds 2 rounds. It's running great.
In the event you jave hand sensitivity, Talon makes a rubberized grip, which I have on almost all my pistols. I find the Talon (Or some of the other adhesive grips-Talon is not the only game in town) really helps me get a fast grip when doing a fast dry fire and makes the grip handle just feel better. I have not tried the "Sandpaper or the Pro versions of the adhesive grips, as I as well do not like a rough grip.I do not own eith of these guns. I have a Glock 26 sounds close to the Tarus & a Glock 19 gen 3 &4. I think the Taurus would be best for me. Whenever I buy a Glock I wind up installing aftermarket sights, and extended controls, Every Glock is an automatic 10.00 grip plug. The add ons just seem to drive up the final cost an extra 400.00. The Taurus I think the only real mod I would require wound be a good front sight. This is a very important feature to any pistol for me.
I love Taurus I started my page with it and I will pick over glock I loved there revolvers back in the days I have a few pistols and getting more just got the tx22 Compaq best out there
sights, optics, mags, lasers are all about the same. which upgrades are you talking about?... A gun can be what ever the owner wants it to be, it doesn't need to, but it can.

Glocks are just pretty hipoints the gun is ugly, but they are reliable. The gx4 is the better gun I don't care what the Glock fanboys think, the reign of Glock is over!

What grain do you use for edc?
I have both. I shoot my GX4 better than my 43x and it feels better in my hand. Shot over 950 rounds with mine and it’s concealable.

I have the canik elite, gx4, and the 43x.
The canik is bigger and heavier than all of them. I find the 43x easier to conceal.
@MrKoolCash my edc is a Canik Tp9sfx with a Holosun 407c x2. It disappears and gives me the greatest capacity and shoot ability.

@kyleRS87 I carry 124gn hollow points, usually.. but I also load 9mm so I can be confident in its consistency

Why carry a 43X over a 19. Plus getting aftermarket mags etc etc. I love the GX4, summer carry and 19 winter carry.

Most of Glocks upgrade cost way more than Taurus. Taurus is a work man's gun. It doesn't need to be a Gucci gun.
