Not at all, it's a free PC demo, a straight-up standard first person shooter made by one guy and built in Unreal I believe. In fact I just spoke to the Dev, ACid, and he's kindly agreed to a Q&A so watch this space, hopefully I'll have some more answers for you than just that!
