This was filmed back in mid-February, but I had to share the plants I got for my 27th birthday! I haven’t gone plant shopping since last Fall so it was some much-needed plant therapy. I CANNOT believe Dino got me this wishlist plant 💚. I saw them at the International Aroid Show back in September last year but I knew acclimating it would be tricky. I’m so happy I found one in MN that was already acclimated! The other plants I’m so excited for they are STUNNING. They went on a new plant shelf that you’ll see in a video soon 😉.

I love Lost in the Forrest and their amazing selection of plants! I got rid of probably 150+ plants during my cross country move and I was so excited when I learned of Forrest and her store! I got a Tortum, a Joepii, an Anthurium hybrid, an Anthurium Vietchii, an Obliqua Peru, and some other things.
I'm also glad my husband is on board with me building up my collection again and that Lost in the Forrest has so many of the plants on my list (that I could only order off Etsy before moving).
I love that!! It’s a great shop and has a good variety of price ranges. I agree on the wishlist plants and Etsy. I used to do that but now it’s so nice Minnesota has a lot of plant shops that carry uncommon varieties!
I have found that my therapy is going to nurseries whenever I feel like I am in a lull mentally or physically. I ended up making an hour planty tour video this weekend at 2 nurseries hahahahaha. I am glad you got your energy and massages always help too. Oh my gosh! That is a beautiful Philodendron! I’ve never seen one that big in person before.
I need to do that more often!! Even when I don’t feel like it, or feel meh. The air just does something to you when you walk in ☺️ Thank you! Yeah it’s crazy I’ve only seen one in florida at the international aroid show. Im excited to have found one already acclimated here in MN

Give your new melano a mosspole which you waterize frequently. I had a big one...now I have cuttings, because she did'nt got a mosspole.

Iv been in a lull to with mine but downsized alot and just enjoy and take extra care of few now and feels better
I feel like many people have felt that way lately! Im glad you’re enjoying it now with a few, I’ve downsized a bit but probably could downsize a little more
The melano on a coconut coir pole living its best vs mine on a moss pole hating life makes me question my care entirely.😂
