Girl, these plants have me feeling some type of way!! What a blessing to be able to have these beauties!! Enjoy your new babies!! I know I enjoy all my green babies!! I want some new plants but I'm waiting for a lil while to buy. I'm just taking care of the ones I have for now to keep me feeling plant full!! 😆 lol 😆 Happy Holidays to you and your family Kaylee Ellen, much love from me amd my family!! Peace, Love and Plants, plus way more!! ❤️ Crystal & family & 🪴
I’m loving the M burly Marx flame, very beautiful and I like my variegation between 40/60 with lesser variegation just so the plant stays healthy and the jopeii is gorgeous ❤love the variegation on it
About the flame, YES you get holes, I just got one in Brazil and had tiny round holes (just like mature cebu blue). I was inlove when I saw and had to have it. They have touch leaves but very sensitive roots and hard to propagate af.
OOOOO..Homalomena Pink Diamond, such a little beauty! 😍. I love them all. 50/50is good for me depending on the type of variagation. I hate large sectoral chunks that crisp up!😡. Burle Marx Flame! OMG! Have been waiting to see one from you. I love it!!! Great haul, great video 🥰😍😘💓
Ideal percentage on a leaf for varigation is right down the middle, but it kinda depends on the plant because for the giganteum, i would probably want a lot more, but for an m. Albo i would want closer to that 50/50 range
With variegation I prefer something in the realm of 30-60% variegation content depending on the plant and if the variegation is more dispersed or if it occurs in large well defined sections.
In terms of variegation, i love to have different tones of variegation. I love it when my synonium albo throws out a leaf with some pure white, some cream, and different tones of green. But i don't want too much white. A bit of white in there is nice but i don't really like the look of super white leaves and they're gonna slow down the growth anyways so it isn't functional either. So probably like 20-40% stable green and then the rest with different tones of green and some splashes of white
If you could show more Homalomena, I'm in love 😁🥰 here in Belgium I could only find the erubescens "Maggy" and recently found a "Lemon Lime". My Pinterest board on Homalomena is flooded with all sorts of colour/ variegation ❤️
I loved all these plants! I don't have tons of experience with variegation but 50/50 or 40/60 is what stands out to me. I think it also depends on the variegation itself... sectoral or in splashes can make or break a plant for me. The monstera burle Marx flame is a stunner! That homalomena is gorgeous! I am in love with any joepii! The spathiphylum has been on my wishlist since you first showed him! Can't wait to see how the POV vid turned out!
Honestly, the dragon that had that one leaf that you said you would like a little more of, that leaf is my favourite. I agree that it could have a little more, but anything past that I think is too much.
if there's plant that can challenge the beauty of M.Deliciosas it would be the Golden Dragons Variegated or not, specially when then reach maturity. And as for the poll, well, i like variegation ranging 40-60%. Awesome haul btw 🥳😍
I like variegation best at 40/60 or 60/40. Just something about that vibe I guess 🤷♀️ The pink diamond! Ooooo! I would love to see more homalomena varieties here in the states. They're so gorgeous. Thanks for the video as always!
Burle Marx Flame and the Variegated Dragon are on my wishlist, maybe i can get them in a few years :D I like chunky variegation between 25 to 50 %, not more.
Love the homealena and the monstera for ur house. I love verigated plants. Love hoya that are verigated or are silver. Getting into aglonema got a gorgouse aglonema stripes I like a bit of interest in the leaves x
For variegation I would say 40% variegation for looks and ease of care. More variegation obviously can look beautiful but it can get complicated with too much variegation, browning, difficulty growing, etc.
That monstera burle marx flame is absolutely stunning. I will patiently wait for it to come down in price though 😅 Love the joepii as well. To answer your question about variegation: I am not a fan of it, to be honest. I prefer the look of vibrant green foliage and I'm not sure why.
I prefer green form over variegations generally. If I have a variegation i prefer when it's a stable pattern like the edge of leaves, that kind of thing. Do not like the thai constellation type and albo varieties at all. That said, my knees went a bit weak at the giganteum, and the dragin is definitely going onto my list. In any colour 😄
The Philo Golden Dragon to me is both beautiful but also looks like "im missing 80% of my leaf because someone ate it" I have been on a binge with your vids! thanks for the great vids Kaylee!
The leaf at 20:48 is my preferred variegation. Anywhere between 25-50% variegation. I prefer flecks of variegation w random patches. I half moons and more white than green just stress me out bc I worry burning/crisping slower growth, plus every time I’ve had a plant that was heavily variegated it ended up slowly reverting I assume bc it knew it was over variegated to a point that it was struggling to soak in enough light and it couldn’t sustain itself on such little chlorophyll. Idk exactly. Anyways I notice my plants that are 25-45% variegated seem to put off steady growth and steady variegation and have less issues. Up to 50% I’ll deal w but I don’t prefer it bc I avoid half moons like the plague. Bc I’m unlucky and every half moon sends out new growth on the non-variegated side. Idk if that’s a thing but it’s how it feels. 😅
haha.... *nervous af laughter...* more plants to add to my wishlist for 2023 😄 literally going broke for 2023 already in terms of my plant expenditure budget
I'm more on 40-50/100 variegation. I don't like heavy variegation plants, they always look sick to me and eventually these leaves that has heavy variegation will eventually burn huhu
There will be a a hybrid released from thailand next year by one of the known nurseries there. I'm not exactly sure how to spell what they named the plant. But it's a hybrid between mayoi and florida beauty variegated. would love to see you own one.
Any recommendations on top glossy/shiny houseplants (for example the p. bernadopazii leaves naturally look almost wet) I can’t find a video on it and everything just focuses on how to wipe your plants. There’s a bunch on velvets and looking for sheen in my life
Kevin from hakuna la planta has been pretty successful in growing his Monstera BMF in leca... according to him it's at about 1 leaf per month for him... that's about the rate of growth of big melanochrysum/ splendid/McDowell, etc... Would you consider for ur mosspole using something like the Grosthiccly mosspoles? I mean, if you think mosspoles are ugly in general, then I get it, but the frosted clear one could be nice if your background is a lighter color 🤷♂️ what's the verdict on that Kaylee?
I've been wanting the Burle Marx flame for a while...it's still so high priced. Everyone seeing this video just made it harder for me to get one. There aren't that many people selling in the US. 😔
Spathiphyllum Ghost = Spathiphyllum Platinum Mist! I like 60/40 70/30 depends on the plant. It has to be robust and I prefer also slow grower 😉 Greetings from Switzerland 🙋🏼♂️
I look for 60/40. I love some 75/25 on a leaf or something but generally 60/40. When I think of 50/50 I think of half moons and I absolutely want nothing to do with those lol😂
I bought a vittarfolium listed as a green one from a batch of low end variegated ones. I wanted the green one but they sold variegated ones and these low quality variegated ones, destined to turn green, so I thought, what the heck, let’s give it a try. The disclaimer read could possibly have some variegation on it😄It will be shipped beginning of January , can’t wait to see how that one turns out
Could you do a homalomena index when you get time? Or do you already have one? I've only heard about them for the past couple months but they are intriguing.
Love the spathylhyllum ghost 😍😍
That Homalomena is a stunner!!
I feel it's Homalomena Rubescens Mint, the pink diamond has sectoral coloration and it's not as beautiful as this one.
Just wanted to say that I absolutely love this colour sweater on you 😃😍
I love the dragons, I have 3, and that variegated one went straight onto my wish list. He's absolutely GORGEOUS.
21:34 I am so in love with this plant 😍
The moment she lifted the burle Marx flame:
YÄÄÄÄÄSSSS QUEEEEN, SLAYYYYY🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Girl, these plants have me feeling some type of way!! What a blessing to be able to have these beauties!! Enjoy your new babies!! I know I enjoy all my green babies!! The plant I'm waiting for is the variegated Philodendron atabapoense. I've seen a few images on the internet. I prefer 40% variegated 60% green.
35/65 majority to green looks best to me
Love the Golden Dragon and the Homelomena! Gorgeous!😍
kaylee you are STUNNING, sorry if you dont want to hear it but this lip colour is fabulous on you
Golden dragon variegated is definitely a dream plant of mine. Such a stunner. 😍
About the flame, YES you get holes, I just got one in Brazil and had tiny round holes (just like mature cebu blue). I was inlove when I saw and had to have it.
They have touch leaves but very sensitive roots and hard to propagate af.
I feel like it's a Homalomena year for suuuuuure. I myself am looking for a Pink Homalomena and now that Musa Nono 😍 wow
I only really like variegation for how it compliments the green part of a leaf, so around 30-40% looks the best.
That burle marx flame, I literally said WOWW. 😮 that thing is WICKED COOL.

My Whipple Way I bought from your wonderful shop is making babies! Her two propagations are rooting well and looking so spunky! I’m so excited 🪴♥️
I love the variegated golden dragon! I prefer maybe 40/60 variegation ❤❤❤ marbled
Yes to the local plant shops and what not around the UK… that would be cool to see as a US viewer
Gorgeous plants! My preferred variation ratio is 40% variegated, 60% green. That's enough to be exciting, and still safe. Hehe
I'm also 50/50 but 60/40 is also acceptable. Prolly depends on type of plant as well, if it's hardy or not. :)
I like 50 / 50, with a mix of splashy and sectoral - I just feel that's safest!! The giganteum...oooohhh!!! lol
I prefer anywhere between 40-60% range of variegation. 💚
That Musa Nono is/was gorgeous!
I like 50/50-40/60 I want stability for the plant but some wicked, contrasting views everyday for me.
My jaw dropped at the variegated joepii wow
I like a healthy mix of all of them! Just the excitement of not knowing how the next leaf will come out as!!
Loving the Homalomena, the ghost peace lily and the burle Marx flame!!! Adding them to my wish list!
Definitely 50/50ish on variegation. A good balance and better contrast of the dark green vs light. 👌🏻
With variegation I prefer something in the realm of 30-60% variegation content depending on the plant and if the variegation is more dispersed or if it occurs in large well defined sections.
I'm excited for the go pro upload😊
In terms of variegation, i love to have different tones of variegation. I love it when my synonium albo throws out a leaf with some pure white, some cream, and different tones of green. So probably like 20-40% stable green and then the rest with different tones of green and some splashes of white
I like a good 40-60% variegation on plants. Sometimes I’d rather have a 30% and then have a wild card every few leaves that throws out 60+
The flame is the last one on my list (for now). I haven't found THE one yet, tho. Yours is mint af. ♥️
It’s funny, I don’t like very many variegated plants. I’m here for the shape of leaves. I’ve never heard of the Burle Marx flame. I’m in love!
If you could show more Homalomena, I'm in love 😁🥰 here in Belgium I could only find the erubescens "Maggy" and recently found a "Lemon Lime". My Pinterest board on Homalomena is flooded with all sorts of colour/ variegation ❤️
Ooohh! I want one! Of all of them!
I loved all these plants!
I don't have tons of experience with variegation but 50/50 or 40/60 is what stands out to me. I think it also depends on the variegation itself... sectoral or in splashes can make or break a plant for me.

That monstera has definitely been on my list the leaf shape is awesome. I saw on fb too a variegated one and holy cow 😍
Honestly, the dragon that had that one leaf that you said you would like a little more of, that leaf is my favourite. I agree that it could have a little more, but anything past that I think is too much.
And I'm in love with an impossibly expensive plant... Thanks
if there's plant that can challenge the beauty of M.Deliciosas it would be the Golden Dragons Variegated or not, specially when then reach maturity. And as for the poll, well, i like variegation ranging 40-60%. Awesome haul btw 🥳😍
The M Burle Marx flame is totally on fire 🔥
That Monstera leaf shape! 🔥💚
What a gorgeous haul! the Golden Dragon variegated :O and the Moster BMF omgg 🤩
This colour top looks great on you!
I like variagation to be around 30/40%. For me, that makes me appreciate the small chunks or flecks a lot more than if it was 80% variagated.
I like variegation best at 40/60 or 60/40. Just something about that vibe I guess 🤷♀️
The pink diamond! Ooooo! I would love to see more homalomena varieties here in the states. They're so gorgeous.
Thanks for the video as always!
I bought a lovely variegated ficus Belize, and a ficus ruby, the Belize is a deeper red. Reminds me of your new Musa, but in ficus form.
What about ficus shivereana "Moonshine". I'm waiting for the price to come down.
I love that burly marks flame
Burle Marx Flame and the Variegated Dragon are on my wishlist, maybe i can get them in a few years :D
I like chunky variegation between 25 to 50 %, not more.
Of you like those kind of leaves you’ll also like my new acquire, Alocasia Jacklyn. Stunning plant
40/60 - I like splashy rather than sectoral - with the exception of a Jose buono 😍
33-60% if it has a really good marble, I will take less of the leaf variegated for a good pattern.
The flame is my favourite!
Love the homealena and the monstera for ur house. I love verigated plants. Love hoya that are verigated or are silver. Getting into aglonema got a gorgouse aglonema stripes I like a bit of interest in the leaves x
We totally need a house plant tour!!!!
Beautiful plants 😍🥰💚
For variegation I would say 40% variegation for looks and ease of care. More variegation obviously can look beautiful but it can get complicated with too much variegation, browning, difficulty growing, etc.

haha.... *nervous af laughter...* more plants to add to my wishlist for 2023 😄 literally going broke for 2023 already in terms of my plant expenditure budget
I prefer to go 30-40% variegation because I’m crap at growing them when they go too variegated.
I'm more on 40-50/100 variegation. I don't like heavy variegation plants, they always look sick to me and eventually these leaves that has heavy variegation will eventually burn huhu
Incorporate some red color into monstera burly marks flame and you've go a hot plant!
Personally prefer as fine a marbling as possible for my variegated plants, same for the stems, as that ensures the best stability long-term.
So many stunners today!
I’m so jealous that 🔥 is on my list 😍😍😍

I’m a regular😂 At the end I was like PHILO JOEPII VARIEGATED, and I was right😂

I had Nono from January and died in September 😭, she has gone to heaven..lol.. getting more in spring, I am not giving up. 🤨
I've been wanting the Burle Marx flame for a while...it's still so high priced. Everyone seeing this video just made it harder for me to get one. There aren't that many people selling in the US. 😔
The Homalomena are getting popular! Love that Pink Diamond
I know!!! UGH and they're getting to be more affordable 🤩 I'm so excited. 😁
Oh I have to have a a Flame!! ❤
Spathiphyllum Ghost = Spathiphyllum Platinum Mist! I like 60/40 70/30 depends on the plant. It has to be robust and I prefer also slow grower 😉 Greetings from Switzerland 🙋🏼♂️
Thank you! I've been getting no results when I search up spathiphyllum ghost haha. They look so cool
My Golden Dragon is very marbled like a Thai Constellation and I wouldn't rather have it any other way.
I look for 60/40. I love some 75/25 on a leaf or something but generally 60/40. When I think of 50/50 I think of half moons and I absolutely want nothing to do with those lol😂
25-45% on a Monstera Thai. I think the splash is the whole point so the large sectorial/“high” variegate plants are unappealing to me
I love between 40 - 70 variegation
Musa don’t ship well but they bounce back well under direct sun. Nono, Aeae, they always give them funny names lol.
I'm usually obsessed with variegation but when you pulled out the vittarifolium I literally said "ew why" out loud haha.
I agree. They have that adansonii sickness-looking variegation going on
I used to feel the same until I saw a good sized one in person!
I thought the same initially but like most plants it grew on me and I want one 🙃
I bought a vittarfolium listed as a green one from a batch of low end variegated ones. I wanted the green one but they sold variegated ones and these low quality variegated ones, destined to turn green, so I thought, what the heck, let’s give it a try. Monstera burl marx flame ❤❤❤
❤️ philo giganteum. ❤️❤️❤️😍
My perfect variegated/not variegated ratio might be 60/40 - 70/30 😊
40% ? Also i love scattered variegation, not a big fun of big white chunks of different colour. Love my monstera thai for that reason.
My wish list is getting heavy lol I want all of these! Also what is that black plant behind you?!?!
Everything depends from variegation, on that philodendron I would say something about 45℅ :P I prefer less than more. :P
I like around 40% variegation.
About 50/50 is perfect
Could you do a homalomena index when you get time? Or do you already have one? I've only heard about them for the past couple months but they are intriguing.
Will you have these homalomena in your shop in 2023? I've been after one for ages but can only find them overseas with huge import fees 😭
Checked Etsy for that homalomena -$50.000
