I appreciate you sharing this, I've been thinking about getting my first moss pole and was interested in these. I am terrible at even the most basic of assembly projects so this was very useful :)

You have no idea how good it makes me feel that someone found this helpful. It means putting my double chin on the internet was worth it. 🙏 thanks for watching!!

I repotted a monstera with one of these poles. I think they look great. Can see my monstera is working on some new roots. No new leaves yet but think it appreciates the bump in humidity the pole provides.

Awesome! I bet it looks great. I should probably upgrade mine from the coco coir it's on, too.

I bought these awhile ago and they have just been sitting in my mud room. I wanted to watch this to get the motivation to do it 😅. I like that you cut one too. It would be nice if they made one that were maybe 2 inches 2.5 inches. I have a lot of babies that would appreciate the pole but I can’t justify sticking it on one of those.

Yes! Would be great if they had skinnier ones also! These do take a lot of moss to fill up too.

Nice video. Keep up the good work. I have these moss poles too. Once installed they look very nice. I made the back part smaller by cutting another set of slits to insert the tabs into. You don’t have to use as much moss since the pole isn’t quite as thick. But you still get the benefit of the wide front, which is nice.

Great idea! I do wish they had slits built into the sides for attaching the plants more easily. I'll have to pay with sizes like you did to use less moss!
