Hi, thanks for your detailed instruction video ! I have learned a lot from it ! As far as I see my settings are all correct on both sides, but my QSO-s in WSJT-X are not going over to HRD. The band activity is well displayed in HRD as you show in your setup. What am I missing here ?? My laptop has no Ethernet connection btw.
I have just started to us Grid Tracker and really like it also. One thing you might try to unclutter your receive window is to click the "CQ only" box in WSJT-X program. 73 and good FT-8 in 2021
@@brian.7966 Yes I haven't go around to it as I haven't been well for quite a while. Also I lacked the decent software to screen cap the stuff for the vid. As demand for this seems to be high I will get on it. My work makes it difficult to allocate the time. Watch this space though 73

I found this video not very informative to a new user of Gridtracker. You didn't explain the configuration to make it do what you displayed. Future reference you might want to consider your audience is not a seasoned user
Thanks for the feedback. This was one of my first videos, so granted it could of been better. Now I have a lot better software and stuff I plan to be updating or following up on all my videos like this. To be fair this was titled "My FT8 setup using Gridtracker." So it was just meant to be a demo of it all working. You're the second person to ask for an update, so I shall get on it. Watch this space. 73

I do normally do that unless I want to see any DX stations in QSO.

I love gridtracker!!!!!! just having issues getting it to log to HRD.
What problems are you having?
I am new to this and cannot get gridtracker to work with wsjtx. Nothing is coming up? Do I need to configure something to get them to cominicate?

I must admit I prefer the more obscure modes like FeldHell, Dominic MFSK,, Olivia and such like, but no one ever uses them.

@@judd_s5643 Win 11 is not a system I use but I have it all working on win 10. I work away so I will get on it as soon as I can. First on the list.
