Oh wow, so many really helpful tips in one place! You make it so easy to understand, thank you so much! I have a question that maybe not many other people come across. Occasionally when I'm sewing something, I get a lot of bobbin thread bunching up and creating a mass of thread on the underside. I don't have a picture or anything I can show, but have you ever come across that and/or know of any solutions to keep that from happening?
I’m glad you find it helpful! It could be one of two things, a) your top tension is too loose for your fabric (so turn it up a bit and rest) or b) your threading isn’t correct. Example: You may have missed the hook step which is step 5 on the singer sewing machine. In that case, check to make sure you’ve done all the things when threading your machine.
@@sewquaint it definitely is. I had a few issues with a brand new machine and I couldn't get any help from the store that sold it. I quickly gave up. My friend gave me a nice machine recently. I'm excited to get some projects going. Mentally I can make each thing in my head and visualize each step of what I want to make. This has allowed me to do some difficult things easily. But I never got some of these issues spoken here sorted out on that machine. I gave up. I can't wait! Thank you!

@@sewquaint thank you for the tips! I'll try these both out and see how it works!
I am looking forward to learning from you on this new journey🫡🔥🔥
Thank you. This has been really helpful. I will save this for further use. I haven't sewn in a few decades and this was a big help!!!
I’m really happy it’s been helpful for you. I hope it’s all the inspiration you need to feel more confident in your sewing practice.
