Considering his passive, Typhon's, and Asclepius' weird interaction with antiheal, if you applied both divine ruin and pestilence, he would still have effectively over 120% magical lifesteal. Brawler's and toxic blade, and he still has over 80%. Brawler's, pestilence, and toxic blade: he still has 40%. That's ridiculous. Ankh would become a mandatory relic, and you'd need to simultaneously apply it with toxic blade AND brawler's. As much as I'd enjoy playing with 325% lifesteal, it would be utterly game-breaking. Granted, it would take a long time to get to that point, and build choices would be basically nonexistant, but once it got online? It'd be insane. Imagine the carnage this would cause at lower levels of play.

I one time was really ahead as Thanatos so I built full movement speed and heavenly and I was running towards 2 execute targets with my 2 active and I reached 914 movement speed! At that point it was hard to control him
Thanatos is crazy fast, one time the only movement speed stuff I had was boots, yellow buff and arondight then after I ulted I activated my 2 and already then I was like DAMN IM FAST

My best guees on the magic life steal is the idea that one is normaly burst and the other is usually sustained (ADC and Mid) healing 1-2k at one time could make you very powerful.
highest movespeed is thanatos chasing a low health target in ult, with full movespeed, sprint, a winged blade proc, regrowth, and in the ult. it takes him well in to the 900s
You can get waaaaaay over that measly 1582 power. He Bo can go over 2k, Sol can get over 2300, Anubis can get 1800, etc. The highest raw power build I've found is Doom Orb, Book of Thoth, Bancroft's Talon, Typhon's Fang, Ring of Hecate, and Rod of Tahuti (Warlock's gives exactly 2 less power considering Book of Thoth; except for Kuku who gets an additional 8 from his passive).
Remember when the rings gave movement speed and you had to be very careful if a chronos was out of sight for a second bc he literally took no time to rotate through lanes 💀
I found that with Kukulkan using book of thoth, warlocks staff, bancroft's talon (fully stacked at low health), typhon's fang, doom orb, rod of tahuti, exlixer of power, the physical might potion, damage camp, and fire giant his power is at 1815 magical power (all stacking items are maxed too).
depends on what u need and what are u facing. runic shield and heartward if they have 3 magicals. Soverginity, Valor and Witchblade if they have 3 physicals...Void stone if u have 3 magicals... Stonebnding is good pressure item for guardians. Warrior blessing is S tier. Winged Blade and Witcher and good for juking. get at least 1 pen item on a warrior. decide if u are building basic attack build, abiltiy based build or mix of booth. or hybrid build for carries like war bless, cd shoes, Bancroft, winged, deso... Xbalanque is a good example. u can build him basic attack or ability (mage/war bless, dmg shoes, jotuns, winged, hydra/brawler/the crusher) and max his 3. and use 2-3 combo. add in hydra and basic attacks...40k player dmg ezz in Arena.. with ability build u need at least 20% cd. u have than typical warrior build against 3 magicals...war bless, dmg shoes, runinic shield, valor/pen item/... orHybrid Tank Anhur build :D war bles, dmg shoes, jotuns, winged, pen item.. or aggressive guardian build...war bless, cd shoes, stonebinding, valor/void stone... or bless, cd shoes, sov, witchblade against 3 physical...or bless, cd shoes, hearward, valor...just press T and see who is top dmg at the enemy team to counter build hhim...winged blade gives u good survivability stats...hp against burst, ccr against cc and ms...+ antislow....alows u to juke whole enemy combos or totaly counter down gods who engage wtih slow like arachne or poseidon..also click your basic attack not hold...click and move...and moving forward is the fastest...and blessing into shoes is your safest bet...once u get dmg shoes or cd shoes u have enough power to clear minion wave in 1 rotation aka in 1/2 skills...coooldown for less downtime...high preassure... the constant battle of attention/focus/making space...preassure...buying time...juking baiting...man Smite is so fun i ahd some info on my pc if sombody is interested basicly what Smite could improve
About the maximum possible mana, the build is right but the character isnt Hel with that build caps out 3890 but Janus caps out at 3960 Also honorable mention for the max health cap Cthulhu in ult can reach it with stone of gaia/mail of renewal/Talisman of Energy/ Magi's Cloak/Guantlet of Thebes/Reinforced Shoes You can have a higher health outside of ult by replacing Reinforced shoes with relic dagger or some other 300 hp item, but that build is as close as i could get to a minimum amount required
Physical power actually has a hard cap, at least recently. I found it on kali with discordias and nikes passive on me, plus EFG, power elixer, enhanced red and full build. I dont remember the number is was an odd one like 587 or something like that, but after i bought power pot just for insult to injury (i was basically true damaging even tanks with the passive so no one lasted long) the number didnt go any higher.
Chronos is indeed the fastest god in the game. When all the rings gave movement speed, you could build all 4 rings on him, 2 high-power/pen items and it was a viable build that gave you like 850-900 movement speed or something insane like that lol.

The highest movement speed i ever had was 961 with thana on jungle practice.....it was like 2 years ago so the build is pretty much irrelevant but the main key was thanas passive, you just had to get the bot to the lowest amount of hp possible and then get to base, hit odin with scythe because of shield of regrowth proc and then get of the base with talarias + your 2 , it was pretty epic not gonna lie but i was not able to replicate it since the changes :(.
I combo Etheral and book of Thoth on kuku. Etheral steals base mana right? Well tag 3 enemies with E staff (also large mana pools) and your power gets much larger
Tagging a god with 3,000 mana would give you 240 mana. E staff has 3 procs but only 2 are reasonable to have at once. So 480 mana item instead for poly?
Don't actually have smite installed anymore but still really wanted to leave a comment that I'm like 94.534% sure that Geb 1 bypasses the move cap and gets rolling really fast once he spins up
With full movement speed Thanatos you can reach 890 speed, but... I'm not sure if that's the effect of diminishing returns, but when I tested it, it quickly falled down to 754 and I could not reach it again
Sol can reach higher regarding max power with typhons, bancrofts, doom orb, rod, warlocks, and either staff of myr, or spear of magus, sol with full passive 5 stacks of bancrofts, red buff, power pot and enhanced fire giant can get up to 2000 magical power
Well its not 800+ and it may be 753.55 and it doesn’t show but wukongs 3 bird form maxes at 754 movement speed, idk if that is actually just a rounded version of the 753.55 but ig thats a thing, i can never go above that tho
I think it’s worth noting that % pen is hard capped at 40% but Titan's Bane (and presumably Ob Shard) passive can’t over cap. I tested it with a max %pen build and the first ability was still hitting with increased pen. So with Kali passive, 40% pen, plus titans bane she could probably hit 90% lol
Chronos can go way past that with a team comp built to make him faster. I believe the fastest would be a he bo carpet, a cupid dash on top of that, Baron heal, and ama speed stance. Probably a faster combo, but that's just a spitball
SoloDoubleJ in his video of max power He Bo in clash hit 1984 magical power I’m not sure if that also included buffs from other teammates but he hit that power in a clash match.
I think he can gain stacks of "attack speed" infinitely but his actual attack speed doesn't go over 2.5, but if you use a silver branch build on him you can gain over 100 silver branch stacks.
People say don't run crit on heim cuz it's reduced damage cuz the way his autos work. I always use crit on him and yester I finally got to full build. Normally with no potions I can crit bout 1k to 1.2k however with red buff, fire and both pots I got to crit more then 2k damage and almost one shot an annubis
Pretty sure I've seen higher powers than 1582, in quite a lot of solodoublej recent videos where he just tries to get as much power as possible just quickly skimmed the hebo one and saw a value of above 1700
Why choose hel for max mana? Janus has both the highest base mana AND the highest mana per level gain of any god..... Also chronos is the highest power god in the game with his passive and more importantly his 2 in power stance. And no mention of % mitigations stat at all, which is completely separate from protections.
Im pretty think cthulu can reach that 5500hp cap tho he has to be in his ult. You probably know that but you didn't mention it in the video. Also chronos mms can reach up to 900 or atleast it could pre talaria, chronos 2 and bumbas nerf/removal. It involved talarias boots, bumbas, shield of regrowth, winged blade, relic dagger and any 10% mms item as a last. Though you had to proc winged, chronos 2, regrowth, talaria boots and Barons 2 (out of all things) since that gave 40% mms when he hit gods with hysteria. Ending up with 900 mms tho for only a split second. RIP my favorite racecar, you will be missed :,c. Otherwise I think your guess is about right I would say somewhere around 845 pre nerfed items and abilities is what was possible reliably with Chronos. I know you're talking about what is possible TODAY but it was fun to mention it since you did the same with Isis 3. (And yes people chronos 2 actually procs shield of regwoth for the ones who didn't know :D)
I think that would be like an Osiris with max passive ,spirit robe, oni hunter garb and a khepri using his 2 on you i think you could get up to 70% damage midigations if there isn't any DR

Thanatos passive with full movement and pyro with 5 enemies in execution range is the highest ms. Even without pyro I reached 900 once
Afaik thanatos 2 can bypass MS cap and is higher than Chronos if targetting someone as close to dead as possible

Throw shield of regrowth on Chronos. The 2 in first quadrant is a self heal. Ramping up to 40% + an instant 40% proc. It. Is. Nutty.

The highest movement speed i ever had was 961 with thana on jungle practice.....it was like 2 years ago so the build is pretty much irrelevant but the main key was thanas passive, you just had to get the bot to the lowest amount of hp possible and then get to base, hit odin with scythe because of shield of regrowth proc and then get of the base with talarias + your 2 , it was pretty epic not gonna lie but i was not able to replicate it since the changes :(.
I combo Etheral and book of Thoth on kuku. Etheral steals base mana right? Well tag 3 enemies with E staff (also large mana pools) and your power gets much larger
Tagging a god with 3,000 mana would give you 240 mana. E staff has 3 procs but only 2 are reasonable to have at once. So 480 mana item instead for poly?
Wouldnt the actual theoretical cap for percent pen be 90, with 40% plus kali passive and titans bane?

With full movement speed Thanatos you can reach 890 speed, but... I'm not sure if that's the effect of diminishing returns, but when I tested it, it quickly falled down to 754 and I could not reach it again
I think with thana 2 and other speed boosting abilities you can go to about 1k mov speed when going towards someone with low hp

Only on items is 30% if I'm not bad but abilities stacks up to 100% so you can be immortal if you plan it out
Sol can reach higher regarding max power with typhons, bancrofts, doom orb, rod, warlocks, and either staff of myr, or spear of magus, sol with full passive 5 stacks of bancrofts, red buff, power pot and enhanced fire giant can get up to 2000 magical power
What about lowest damaging abilities and basic attack? With no power or pen against max protections, lvl 20 v lvl 20

I think it’s worth noting that % pen is hard capped at 40% but Titan's Bane (and presumably Ob Shard) passive can’t over cap. I tested it with a max %pen build and the first ability was still hitting with increased pen. So with Kali passive, 40% pen, plus titans bane she could probably hit 90% lol

Chronos can go way past that with a team comp built to make him faster. I believe the fastest would be a he bo carpet, a cupid dash on top of that, Baron heal, and ama speed stance. Probably a faster combo, but that's just a spitball

The highest magical power on a single god is He Bo. He can get about 1850 power with full buffs and build. He gets 15% extra power from his passive.

I think he can gain stacks of "attack speed" infinitely but his actual attack speed doesn't go over 2.5, but if you use a silver branch build on him you can gain over 100 silver branch stacks.

People say don't run crit on heim cuz it's reduced damage cuz the way his autos work.
I always use crit on him and yester I finally got to full build. Normally with no potions I can crit bout 1k to 1.2k however with red buff, fire and both pots I got to crit more then 2k damage and almost one shot an annubis

Why choose hel for max mana? Janus has both the highest base mana AND the highest mana per level gain of any god.....
Also chronos is the highest power god in the game with his passive and more importantly his 2 in power stance.
And no mention of % mitigations stat at all, which is completely separate from protections.
Im pretty think cthulu can reach that 5500hp cap tho he has to be in his ult. You probably know that but you didn't mention it in the video. Also chronos mms can reach up to 900 or atleast it could pre talaria, chronos 2 and bumbas nerf/removal. It involved talarias boots, bumbas, shield of regrowth, winged blade, relic dagger and any 10% mms item as a last. Though you had to proc winged, chronos 2, regrowth, talaria boots and Barons 2 (out of all things) since that gave 40% mms when he hit gods with hysteria. Ending up with 900 mms tho for only a split second. RIP my favorite racecar, you will be missed :,c. Otherwise I think your guess is about right I would say somewhere around 845 pre nerfed items and abilities is what was possible reliably with Chronos. I know you're talking about what is possible TODAY but it was fun to mention it since you did the same with Isis 3. (And yes people chronos 2 actually procs shield of regwoth for the ones who didn't know :D)
Poseidon's passive at full tide gives 15% movement speed and his 2 gives 30% at max level so with a full tide and max 2 that's 45% movement speed
However it is affected by diminishing returns unlike chronos

I think that would be like an Osiris with max passive ,spirit robe, oni hunter garb and a khepri using his 2 on you i think you could get up to 70% damage midigations if there isn't any DR
I’d like to know what the largest shield value you can get is. I’m thinking Nike with 5 shells, geb shield , Morrigan ult geb shield but from there I haven’t thought about it too much. also factoring items like a bulwark or pridwen if it can proc.
