Thank you for the validation. I find small talk with people that I have nothing in common with to be draining. There is a sense of falsity in it, that no one should be subjected to. I can respect other people’s choices to have a higher level of tolerance. There’s no right or wrong but it becomes wrong when it is imposed on those that don’t want to participate. Wish everyone healing and to feel safe in their bodies to identify what truly is good for themselves ❤

Ik people don't listen or watch longer content anymore because of shorter ones but this is so important for most people to listen to because so many people are living in these situations.. thanks for the pod. Thanks a lot to Josh Connolly

Another deep, meaningful, powerful, and special episode. This one really resonates with me as I know and feel that I'm toxic in my own relationship as I have done things in the past that I know are wrong and are hurting my partner, and yet I still do it anyway. I'm really trying to turn over a new leaf and put in the work to be a better person for myself and everyone else in my life. Looking back, I feel that my parents and grandparents were toxic in some degree and it has affected me in a manner where my actions are showcasing a negative effect.
Josh is incredible and I hope there's a part 2 to this topic.
I really love the line "Sorry is not a word, it's an action."

Lovely interview and humility. I think that's what happens when you want to make sure that you become a better version of what you received in your childhood.

Thank you soo much for this conversation, it’s helped me align with the emotions I’d been feeling these last few months and really made me feel seen for the first time in years.
Such a rich process delving into the ins and outs of dysfunctional relationships, thank you to the both of you.
    Much love

The "how does it feel in your body?" I really like this and will need to remeber to ask this of my daughter as she goes up.

I think he's been through his own journey in life very much has a safe protective place to draw on to use to help other .
I think I may fall on a side of believing in the ability of change in all of humanity it's starts with accepting help within yourself , something Shivani said I literally swear by and never lets me down is to see the good in everyone .
We as people will make mistakes , forgiveness and kindness is the teaching tools to a better way of life

So much sentimental nonsense and the wise knows sentimentalism is the devil.
    No meat eating
    No gambling
    No intoxication
    No illicit sex
Chant the Names of God how ever He is called by your faith and if you don't succeed fully in the life you certainly will in the next.
