Theresa and I began dating in August of 2004. I proposed in 2010 and we decided to get married while on a cruise to Alaska. This was the second marriage for both of us, so we decided to do something special all on our own. On September 1st, 2010 we arrived in Juneau, Alaska. From Juneau, we boarded a helicopter and exchanged vows on the top of the Mendenhall Glacier. Our wedding party consisted just of the Pilot, Wedding Officiant, Photographer and of course, Theresa and I ! My husband has the same care and love towards me. We got married in 2012 and I've developed a debilitating neuro disease. He looks after me and makes me feel safe and cared for. Both you & Theresa look fabulous since bringing her home. You literally emulate peace, calm & happiness. Caring for my father for so many years and seeing his scared, lost, empty stares taught me I was "untangler". It was my responsibility to pull out his memories, his thoughts. He no longer had control over any thoughts, so I gave him his daily beautiful thoughts, memories, peace & guidance. You understand what I'm speaking of. You have to live it, to get it. I just recently lost my father to Alzheimer’s. Back in 2019 at the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s he made me promise to never put him in a nursing home. He told me that his the biggest regret in life was putting his father in a nursing home. My mom was his caregiver at home. I was over there daily to help. Those 4 years were life changing but I could always tell he knew us, loved us and he still gave great big hugs and said he loved us. ❤️ I was blessed with a baby in 2022 so Dad just held her and sang to her all the time. I’m so grateful they were able to meet! I watch your channel and my heart goes out to you. The loss of the future you planned, your freedom to do as you wish and the financial stress that comes along we other this horrible disease 😢. You can see your love shining through and she’s so increasingly luckily to have you. People can’t truly understand what care givers go through unless they live it. However, I’m sure you feel the same way as me. Caring for my loved one also gave me a sense of purpose and looking back I wouldn’t have done anything different. No regrets! You Can just see the deep love Theresa has for you. ❤She knows you and you sir are going to have lots of great Karma sent your way. Hugs and love to you! 💕🙏
