First time viewer. I’m now subscribed. Shame I didn’t find you earlier. I now have a house full of plants and grow lights. Here in the USA I’m sure my neighbors think I’m growing something illegal lol
Great content. Fantastic series showcasing the local enthusiasts and their gardening tips. Much more relatable than other vids coz we know Singapore’s weather is crazy. 😅
Thanks for the support! And yes! I wanted to do a series that would be more relatable to us in Singapore as we all know plant care can be quite different in other countries with different climates
I'm a new subscriber now. Hope to learn from your other videos with regard to gardening. I'll be switching from indoor gardener to rooftop garden. It's still a plan because I haven't bought my neighbour's house.
Very nice video - both content, the its technical bits and music too. I very much like your approach to plants. For thrips - very good advice, have same experience. Wonderful plants 🙂
You're garden is so beautiful. I'm contemplating to imitate your garden at my roof top. But I won't have airflow because my neighbours have tall apartments
Hi Marcus, I love your dream garden at your home...your parents must be so proud! I was wondering if you know the name of the philodendron you pointed out with the big leaves ( above the Pachira Aquatica). I have a similar looking one in my garden (was already there when we bought the house). It grows enormous leaves as it attaches itself to our camelia trees. Thanks for your plant tour and all the great tips 👍🏼
This is what Marcus said: I bought it initially back in 2020 as a Philodendron Majesty but it doesn’t seem to exude the traits.I’m guessing it’s some sort of philodendron erubescens hybrid
Thanks Ryan. I realised only after posting my comment that it’s not Marcus’s channel but yours 🤦🏻♀️ So thank you for passing on his response. From my research I found that it has similar traits to the Philodendron Red Queen because of the reddish underside of the leaves. Pls let me know what Marcus’s channel/Insta Id is so that I don’t bother you 😅 Thanks mate 👍🏼
No worries! I think a lot of people don’t realise I’m shooting for Marcus 😂 anyway his insta is @marcusonaroids! Give him a follow, he’s really responsive with replies
Lovely collection only suggestion is to give a warning sign to use that pesticide he suggested. Bonier granules are not safe use outside as it destroys bees. That’s why it’s banned in Canada

I learned a lot from this. Thanks Ryan!
I'm glad you found it informative! Thank you
Your plants are beautiful and huge. Congratulations! Do you wash the leaves of your plants with tap water?
Yes! Marcus uses a hose which is connected to a water outlet so it’s essentially tap water
You don't have to reply. I watched again the video. You mentioned it that you washed it with hose. Sorry for asking.
Curious how the trellis was erected - is it diy??? and how do you ensure layers or tiers?
I plan to use net as my shade rather than roof made up of plastic or metal. I want rain to clean and water my philodendrons
Lovely collection only suggestion is to give a warning sign to use that pesticide he suggested. Bonier granules are not safe use outside as it destroys bees. That’s why it’s banned in Canada
Great tip! Thanks for the suggestion
New subscriber beautiful video and great content 💚

Hello🇺🇸Tennessee 👏👏👏👏👏
All the way from Tennessee! WOW much appreciated for the support 🙏🏼
With regard to misting your plants, don't they get fungi? Some youtubers don't agree with misting because of fungi
According to Marcus he doesn’t have any fungal issues because of the high airflow in his garden since it’s outdoors
May I know what's the brand of the slow release fertilizer?
Sowlane slow release and root roids!
Ko subur subur pke pupuk ap bang
Traduce al ESPAÑOL POR FAVOR GUAPO
