Preparation:
1.Mesh: 120(48T) Mesh number ;
2.Squeegee: 65-75 degree Squeegee sharp and flat;
3.Flocking silicone XG-10000A XG-10000B
5.Silicone thinner XG-128AH adding ratio:30%;
6.Heating Temp :100℃~120℃.
Printing process:
Step1:Crossing linker under print 1 layers.
Crossing linker XG-360Z-3X 50G
Fast dry catalyst XG-866B-2 5G
Step2:Flocking silicone for under coating 5 layers.
Flocking silicone XG-10000A 100G
SilicFlocking silicone XG-10000B 100G 100%
Silicone thinner XG-128AH 30G 30%
Heating temp and heating time:100- 120 °C for 2-3 minutes
Step3:Flocking with electrostatic flocking machine.
Heating temp and heating time:100- 120 °C for 5-6minutes
Step4:Use a suction machine to remove excess fluff.
Step5:XG serise water based paste print 2-3 layer.
Step6:Bake in the oven at 100-120℃ for 20 minutes.
Step7:Use the washing machine to clean the cloth sample.
