I selected Chain Gang All Stars from Aardvark and it was my favourite book of 2023. The Drowning Woman was also so good.

House of Eve was a 4 star for me also! You should read Take my Hand it was excellent also, I think it is a Book of the Month, I gave it 5 stars. I would love to know what you DNF’d

I tried so hard to enjoy Mister Magic 😭 It just got wayyy to wacky for me. I also tried reading Hide and that wasn't a good read for me either. I think Kiersten White just isn't the author for me 😝

Haha completely understand! I never read Hide, and I’ll have to see what her future synopses are to decide if I want to pick up her future books because they are definitely wacky!
