    I prefer the Redmi K70 Pro (Poco ____ ) over the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus because the K70 Pro offers consistent performance, while the Note 13 Pro Plus has some shortcomings like a good 200MP camera but not-so-good ultrawide and macro cameras, along with subpar performance.

    While i am not a fan of projecting peak brightness, its very similar to what they are doing with Antutu scores, since the performance is momentary and not sustainable for long. We have accepted the latter as we have heard a lot about sustained performance and expose thermal inefficiencies and what it can do to performance. So in due time enthusiasts will start disregarding peak brightness as a criteria for choosing one device over another. True max brightness with lux meters will be considered more and more as awareness keeps going up

    • @henrybrown5107
      @henrybrown5107 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just for your note, Mediatek CPUs never had a problem keeping same performance and Antutu scores for long. Some of them actually performed even better after 3-4 years with a never Android versions.

    Good evening and greetings from Greece,
    I think that the "plain" 13 pro is a more vfm choise...i mean that the processor it's not a deal breaker and has also a larger battery...
    What's your opinion ?
    And second if you can explain me this : why the plus is so more heavy than the pro ? I mean where's the catch? Something that has to do with quality ? And the same thing happens also in the 12 series, the 12 pro plus is significantly heavier than the pro... do you know why?
    Thanks in advance for your reply

    The assertion regarding peak brightness is genuinely misleading, as even individuals well-acquainted with technology, whom I know, lack a deep understanding and mistakenly assume it corresponds to the brightness when the slider is maximized. To enhance transparency, brands should promote both overall peak brightness and HDR peak brightness separately, giving each aspect equal attention.
    In the decision of merely between IP68 certification and cleaner software, my inclination leans towards IP68. After the initial 1-2 days of setup, the software experience tends to be relatively similar across various phones nowadays. In the context of Indian consumers, the primary concerns revolve around potential damages from falls and water. The IP68 certification helps mitigate the risks associated with water damage, offering a reassuring factor in addressing one of these concerns.
    Not if the software sends constant ads and there is no way to turnoff, then I would prefer cleaner software.

    I imported the phone from China to Germany (global OS version installed) and I had almost no bloatware preinstalled. At least compared to what you show at 09:03. No games, no LinkedIn, no Spotify etc. Maybe the change it up depending on where you get the phone from?
    Anyway, do you know if there is a possibility to set the camera resolution to something in between the usual 12.5 MP and the overkill 200 MP? The Remi Note 12 apparently had the option to switch the photo resolution to "Ultra HD" which meant shooting at 50 MP. That's a far more reasonable resolution for everyday snapshots in my opinion. I don't have that option in my camera settings though.

    brands dont allow full brightness in normal mode (non auto) because of reviewers, who do battery tests at full brightness and an alternate reason they may say would be to prevent users from eyestrain. both should be advertised, full screen and 10% window brightnesses.
