I changed ‘akin to a father figure’ to the motivational speakers I prefer - ‘akin to a mix of David Goggins, Mel Robbins, and Brian Tracy’ I wasn’t ready for that response. 😅😂 I love this prompt. Thank you.
This is GOLD! Does it work in languages other than English? Anyway, I'll test it. I hope your channel grows a lot and helps a lot of people complete their tasks!
Thank you for the kind comment, Allan! It works in other languages; just start writing in your preferred language and it will respond in that language. Again, thanks for your motivating words!
Thanks for this!! But I don't know... I put the same prompt in the paid one and one where I had given it the prompt you wrote, and the free option was definitely not my style, mean and bordering on rude. The paid one from the link was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Oh, that's so interesting, Mary! Thanks for reporting your findings on this. That makes me wonder what contextual differences the paid one has that makes it softer in its response.
'Executive function.....it is what it is', he says. What he meant to say is: 'It's not working!' Something I tell my friends when they are giving me information: You're gonna need to text, email, write it in a pdf, and maybe make a slide show, and then I might retain what you just told me; if you remind me to read it and give me a hard timeline with a quiz to ensure I did actually read it. All of that just to retain a casual conversation about a group social event that we might want to do. Normal, everyday stuff. lol It's that bad. I didn't know I had ADHD until a few months ago. At age 55. I am very, very slowly trying to figure it out. Technology is not something I'm interested in. Especially AI and that Chat stuff. It's like asking me to learn how physics works on Mars. I don't know. I don't ever want to know. But, if I want to learn to function with ADHD, I need to know. So, although I understand nothing about the tech your in your video, I do know that I need to become familiar with it because I need a way to manage. I live alone and am retired and also have a physical disability that makes me less mobile than I'd like to be. So, if I can use technology to help me, then I've got nothing to lose. The short story is: I need to learn more about what you are talking about. To me it appears to be like having that person beside you who understands what's happening and can provide a solution to get you through it. I will look into it further. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for sharing your story, Yosetime! And so great that you're figuring this out now; better late than never, eh? I learned about my ADHD at 32. It'd be really great to learn not so much about the neuroscience of it, but perhaps some of the behaviours like Demand Avoidance and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria. Try copying and pasting the prompt in the description of the video into a free platform like Microsoft Bing Chat, or if you have a free ChatGPT account. Once you copy and paste the prompt in, try using the chatbot like a coach for simple things like "I don't want to do this but I have to, please help me"; to larger things like "tomorrow I need to do task a, b, c, please provide a structured plan that I can do" In the last of things, I urge you to be compassionate with yourself. There's some grief that comes with a diagnosis, and getting rid of the "if only I could remember this detail" or "if only I could motivate myself". It'll pass as you move into self acceptance. Anyways, a long 2 cents! Thanks for watching, eh!
ACK! Sorry there... I thought you said you were looking for a Coach! I see now you're looking for a therapist. Sorry about that! (Shimmer's a coaching service)
Hi Josephine! The books that I trained it on, were: "Organizing Solutions for People with ADHD, 3rd Edition" by Susan C. Pinsky. "Taking Charge of Adult ADHD" by Russell A. Barkley. "Faster Than Normal" by Peter Shankman and Edward Hallowell. "The ADHD Advantage" by Dale Archer, MD. "Driven to Distraction (Revised)" by Edward M. Hallowell. I can definitely recommend buying them or checking them out at your local library!
Your content is very good. Your video should have more views, but the views are too low. Because your channel and video are not SEO-optimized properly. I can help you with this if you want.
Thank you so much for this!! Can't wait to put it to the real test when I'm stuck (cause it will happen again and again, iykyk 🙈)

Can't wait to try it. Thanks so much
When it comes to crastination I'm a pro

@@ConsultingAIGuy I'm wondering if it's because it's been trained on the books? maybe? 🤷🏻♀

Hello Rob, I'm seeking a human therapist that uses AI to summarize sessions. Do you have any ideas on how to find one? Google has not helped.
I have an ADHD coach through Shimmer and that’s exactly what they do! I love it!!

This is awesome but I would have lost whatever it wrote after the first paragraph 😅
