This lecture covers Matthew 8:1-17. This is where the authentication of Jesus the Messiah throough healing and casting out demons really starts, in the sense that these events are aimed at the priests and the religious leaders generally. The particular examples are
1. the healing of the leper
2. The healing of the Centurion's Servant
3. The healing of Peter's Mother-in-Law
4. Many Healings and Deliverances after the Sabbath Sunset.
All these healings are deliberately pointed at the religious leadership of the Jews, who refused to take notice and hardened their hearts against Jesus.
