Thank God I saw these guys in Wembley when they reformed. Until John n Lou fell out. Yet again. Loved the fact they had a female drummer as well as just about everything else about them.
I still prefer Nico singing on this one. It's still Lou's Melody & Lyrics, but while his voice on other songs is fine, here it just can't compete with Nico's. Still one of the most beautiful underrated songs of all time.
This is one of the very first CDs I have ever bought. I prefer this live version, sang by Lou Reed than the original version, sang by Nico. Music is so much more intense and Lou's voice is raw.
Like ppl do with the Beatles is it John or Paul, it’s John, with the velvets, is it Lou or John, it’s john. How many times do I have to say it’s John ffs
I'll be the wind, the rain and the sunset
The light on your door 😢
I could listen to Sterling & John's backing vocals over & over!! Especially the ending of the song (Reflect what you are!) Sooooooo great!!
beautiful rendition. RIP Reed.
Such an absolutely beautiful song 😎
Pure Poetics - and Musical Orgastic..

The coda is everything to me.
Lou Reed..lovely!!
Best version!
È sempre un piacere ascoltarlo

Great live is best

@@kikeheebchinkjigaboo6631 Nico's song? Lou wrote it.
Yup, Lou was quite the talent but singing wasn't his strong suite

Woaw Una de Mis favoritas
Incredibile pezzo di storia del Rock

Yeaah, it's great. But then there's the goddess Nico
there is something about Lou's unadorned voice singing his songs that just hits on all the levels

tHey should have brought Doug Yule along on this tour. He would done a better job on vocals.
Doug is incredible.
Ci sono canzoni e canzoni , quella con Nico con il suo inglese pronunciato alla tedesca è la versione più bella
Like ppl do with the Beatles is it John or Paul, it’s John, with the velvets, is it Lou or John, it’s john. How many times do I have to say it’s John ffs
why can't it be both
but..... you're right
Madonnaaaaaaaa.....
What year is this?
1993
Its 2019 ..its not the same without Nico's voice cant listen to it. Sorry
fuck 2019.
💯 love the VU, but Nico made the song hers, and no one would know this song if the original recording were done like this.
#byeNico
yeah lou i could see my reflection on water no need of miror shows cruel reality
I prefer John cale sing this
Lou should have never sang nico’s song
That's a kind of exorcism for Lou to sing it. I can see it.
Nico’s voice is not nice
Wasent it lou that wrote it?
@@Mauruud yep
Nico’s melody is better..
