Path scenes always make great paintings. There’s something about a path leading off into the distance that captures the imagination and spurs creativity. I loved the depth in this one and the opportunity to create distance using different grass textures. The clouds were also fun and I hope this whole painting makes the viewer want to get out and walk in some fresh, clean air and sunshine.
