The hours spent underwater filming both macro and wide angle must have been immense. I can watch this over & over again, fantastic work 👍

My wife and I both dive but she is the photographer with a Nauticam and Sony nex. We are both from poor backgrounds but have made it to dive so many beautiful places including Raja ampat and now can't wait to get diving again soon. Stunning videos buddy.

Thanks so much Thalia! All the footage from Komodo was shot from a liveaboard, I spent 3 years living onboard to get all this content created. I’m currently back in Brazil waiting for the restrictions to ease my travels, hopefully soon I will be able to go scuba diving again :)
Awesome footage. I was diving at Komodo (stayed in Flores, not liveaboard) for only 4 days and I've seen so much. Still nothing compared to your 9 liveaboard trips! :D
Beautiful stuff, - next time you are in Indonesia, have a dive at Batu Bolong,- Labuan Bajo, - Flores. - As good as Raja Ampat without the travel distance, or cost. - G.
@@bugDreamer Did you know the Kelp, Macrocystis pyrifera, has almost completly disappeared in Tasmania at the same time as in Sthn. California. The Weedy Seadragon also appears to be disappearing too. Any thoughts?

All year round! When the north is murky the south is clean, and vice and versa :)
