I just went last November I didn’t go to Kelor Island and see the Bats since one of my friend don’t want to live in the boat , so we ( 3 of us ladies)stayed at the hotel in Labuhan Bajo and rented speed boat for a day trip to go to Padar Island, Komodo Island, Pink Beach, Manta Beach and another beach for snorkeling( Kanawa Islad)
Been watching alot of travel vlogs about Komodo trip and this is the best ever. I mean like the boat, the facilities and all activities provided by the company are just top notch. I wonder how much it would cost now since I've been planning to make a trip to Komodo island and I just wanna experience everything like you guys did in this video. 🥰

Very nice, you're gonna have an amazing time! 😋 We booked the flights from and back to Bali with AirAsia Indonesia. We arrived one day before the start of the trip and on the last day we drove straight from the boat to the airport to fly back 🙂
Next time if you come back to Indonesia, make sure in the summer so you can get nice weather to see the sunrise/sunset, good visibility to snorkling and dive. Don't come in last September till December because it starts transition to the rainy season

Hi, fortunately we didn't have any strong waves and nobody on our boat had any problems with sea sickness. During the night we could feel the waves a little bit, but it wasn't bad. We're not sure if it's always like that, but we at least haven't heard any horror stories from other travellers 😁

It really was a crazy trip! 🙂 Regarding the food - it was basic, but good 🙂 We mostly had Indonesian dishes, such as fish, shrimps and fried chicken with rice, noodles and some vegetables. Whenever possible the crew also tried to catch fresh fish, which was nice. Overall I'd say the food isn't necessarily one of the main reasons to go, but we never went hungry 😁 It's still a good idea to bring some additional snacks on board, as well as some drinks. And yes, basic snorkelling gear is provided!

Yeah when we went on the tour Captain Komodo's regular boat wasn't available for some reason, so they borrowed the boat from a different tour company. We know that the boat is called "Kanha Natha", but we don't know the name of the other tour company unfortunately!
We can definitely recommend it! 😊 In the private room we had an own toilet, too. Very basic of course, but that's to be expected. For the dorm rooms we're not sure, but yeah that's probably a communal toilet.
Our trip was in June and luckily we didn't experience any rough conditions. Overall the boat was very stable and nobody on our boat got sea sick. During the night the boat was rocking a bit, but nothing too bad! We're not sure what it's like during other times of the year though 😁

It can get quite warm inside the cabin,, so it's good if you've got windows to open or even AC to cool the room down. Hope you have a great time on your trip! 😊

Nice, hope you have a great time on the trip! Overall we really enjoyed our time on the boat 🙂 The crew was very nice and having a private room made everything a bit easier of course. You just shouldn't expect too much luxury on a boat like this, as there isn't a lot of space. So, for example, the rooms are kept quite basic and there's a generator on board that can be a bit noisy and smelly 😁 So if you're fine with a boat that's geared more towards backpackers you should be good. The views and experiences are definitely worth it!
