    I tried using tea et al tea blend and it came out beautifully ! your recipe is easy to follow with clear instructions which most of cooking channel doesnt really pay attention to. Thankyou for sharing your recipe ^^

    I just made this, but not with earl gray, but with another blend of black tea, rose petals, thornless blackberry leaves, orange zest, calendula flowers and cornflowers. The result is amazing. Thank you very much for sharing your recipes!

    I used a 6-inch round pan and tea leaves in M&S Earl Grey tea bags. Like always, my cake deflated after it cooled down... I beat the egg white well (like yours), and I monitored the temperature with an oven thermometer. I also turned it over as soon as I took it out but it still deflated so quickly while it's upside down... So, idk what's the problem. The flavour was nice but not as fragrant as I expected.

      I used Size: Diameter 15cm, height 7cm. Egg foam is important in my recipe. When mixing cake batter, it is important to maintain the volume of egg foam. If you do that, the cake will be finished like a video.The temperature may differ depending on the oven product. It is important that the temperature and time are correct. I wish you success.       반가워요^^, 네, 가능해요, 저는 잎을 갈아서 쓰는 타입이라 그보다는 가루로 된 게 좀 편하기는 합니다. 다만 향은 살짝 다른 것 같더라구요. 제품은 시중에 있는 거 완전 저렴한거 아니면 다 괜찮은 것 같습니다. 맛있게 만들어 드시면 좋겠습니다, 감사합니다.^^

      랜선스승님(?!그렇게되었답니다🤭❤️)조금 전에 만들었는데요.. 어째 제꺼는 허술합니다ㅠㅠ 최대한 똑같이하려했는데.. 세상에나 노른자에 설탕을 물,식용유 넣고서 넣었지뭐에요..😞.. 여튼 버릴수없으니 만들긴했는데.. 굽고나니 아래쪽이 쑥들어가게 나왔어요 (뒤집으면 위쪽인거죠!?)홀같은게 생겼어요.. 설탕이 덜 녹으면 그럴수있나요?ㅠ
      그리구 굽고나서 위쪽이 많이 갈라지면서 나오는데 왜그런걸까여? 머랭이문제인가요.. ? 뭔가 스승님꺼는 위에가 카스테라 윗면같은데 제껀 지진났어요.. 😶

    Is the oven setting top and bottom heat element or fan forced?
    My oven doesn’t have top and bottom heat so I hope I can bake this sigh fan forced

    Why the yellow egg must whisk till bubbles? What the function? I am still learning chiffon cake. What the preheat temperature that you use and bake?

    안녕하세요! 레시피보고 만들었는데 정말 맛있더라구요!! 얼그레이 말고 다른맛들도 만들어보고 싶은데요:) 티 종류로 만드는 것은 찻잎만 바꾸면 될 것 같은데 초코나 바닐라처럼 잎으로 우려낼 수 없는 맛들은 어떻게 하는게 좋을까요? 우려낸 차 넣는 부분을 없애고 초코가루 같은 것을 더 많이 넣으면 될까요?🥲

    Hi! Is it 30g of oil or 30ml of oil? Also your recipe wrote 30g of water but you used 40g of earl grey tea in the video. Which is correct? Thanks!
