I'm so mesmerized of how mcdonalds can be so different from country to country. I'm a first assistant at mcdonalds in Sweden and our techniques for cooking eggs are entirely different, and I've never seen the steak before! Really interesting. Great work🙏🏻

I don’t work at MCD but rather CFA. I know it’s just fast food but when I’m cooking those chicken sandwiches I try, like this guy, to serve good hot food. Take pride in some of this work and folks will be happy to eat there, like they did in the vintage videos I see of fast food restaurants in the 60s-80s.
After watching this, I sorta see why nobody wanted to do breakfast and lunch at the same time. Breakfast takes up a lot of time, especially the eggs, and doing a full lunch menu as well is just a lot to keep up with.
YES!!! At the restaurant I worked at Front of House would say, hey we should do breakfast all day! And I’d be like, uh, NO. Do you know how hard that would be, logistically? Way too much going on!
Try being a line cook for the cheesecake factory. Now that's a menu, on top of brunch it's absolute pandemonium. Respect to this gentleman from one cook to another 🙏
the machines they use are icnredible. There is a website you can see all the machines they have. I don't know if anyone can buy them though, I think is for franchises only but you can still go and see. I stumbled with the website because I was trying to find the ketchup and mustard dispensers.
Recently I took some part-time work working in a fairly fancy kitchen and I forgot how much I hate kitchens no matter if it’s fast or fancy! i’m now in healthcare and I think fast food workers and such are just as valuable, putting up with the absolute trash of the world lol keep it up
You can tell this is somebody that has been given a job and actually appreciates it and takes pride in what he does whether is fast food or porn million dollar driveways with concrete it don’t matter he takes pride in his work and that’s all that matters 100% hats off to you my man
I worked at McDonald's waaaay back in the mid-80s. This grill area looks nothing like what 16 year old me slaved in. We actually made the hotcakes from liquid batter...the McMuffin eggs were cooked in this metal contraption with a small water reservoir on top that slowly released water to steam the eggs on the grill...we did grill and hold the sausage back then...I think we made the scrambled to order when the bin caller ordered up a Big Breakfast but I can't remember exactly...we had two biscuit ladies who made them fresh every morning...the bacon was shaped in little circles to fit on the biscuits better. That's about all I can remember about breakfast. For lunch, I was the reg grill master. I could pack that bin with Big Macs (and regular burgers) during any rush.

I LOVE the steak egg and cheese bagels I couldn't believe they stopped making them for a while. Now that they are back I get at least one every Friday morning!! SOOOO GOOD 😊
He seems like a great owner/operator. Great insight. I wonder if he’s going to show any videos of him cleaning up after hours or doing any of the grunt work like unloading the delivery trucks etc. he’s also very professional and kind to all the team members.
The amount of equipment that needed to be innovated, the special spatulas are awesome. The self closing grills. It's like NASA engineers designed the kitchen. And tbh I'm sure a few probably did at a time.

I hated making the steak because it took so much longer than the other stuff but it tastes pretty good I really like getting a bagel with steak/onions, 2 slices of cheese, few strips of bacon and a sausage patty that’s an amazing combo

That probably because they don’t follow procedure as he does. I used to be a floater at McDonalds (worked at several at one time) and many do not follow food prep procedure as Mr. Patula does!!!

I haven't ate at a McDonalds for at least 6+ years. This man's video made me go back and try a double quarter pounder for the first time. In fact... I think I haven't ate McDonalds for 9 years... times has changed when I entered one 2 weeks ago. Lol. Big screen tvs, kiosk, wow.

I live in Southern California and I never see the Steak and Egg Bagel on the menu here. I first had it on a work trip on the east coast and it became my favorite of the McDonalds breakfast sandwiches.

How you set up the receiver? Or is it automatic? 🤔 I would love to know cause we didn't have these in NY- we had to manually put the times in a paper.

Steak and egg sandwich is one of my favorite breakfasts at McDonalds (Burrito is the other one). The patty has a really nice texture and the grilled onions really add a lot of flavor

It’s interesting to see the differences between USA McDonald’s and Australian McDonald’s, they use what we call short cut bacon which is the eye part of a full rasher of bacon, and the grills used here are different

Surprisingly McDonald's seems like one of the cleanest most sanitary restaurants to prepare food. Zero cross contamination, and everything held at the proper temperature.

I do it everyday working midnights. Breakfast starts at 2 am😊
This is the employee that deserves 15+ an hour He obviously takes pride in his work and his attention to detail is above and beyond.

It’s interesting to see the differences between USA McDonald’s and Australian McDonald’s, they use what we call short cut bacon which is the eye part of a full rasher of bacon, and the grills used here are different
This whole time I thought McD's was from Frozen to Microwave to Consumer. This is the type of advertising McD's needs.

Surprisingly McDonald's seems like one of the cleanest most sanitary restaurants to prepare food. Zero cross contamination, and everything held at the proper temperature.

Wish they didn't break the yoke on the round eggs. I once got one that way in a egg McMuffin. It was slightly runny. It was amazing
